Let me start off by saying, I never expected to make a camper purchase from a large corporation like Campers Inn RV. I’ve heard horror stories and had 0 expectations to find a camper here, in my price range, or to receive the kind of customer service that I am so grateful for. From start to finish, the employees at Campers Inn have been absolutely fantastic. Our salesman, David, was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. I bought a 2015 Coachman Apex that was in great shape, with minimal things to be fixed, and David made sure everything was taken care of before pick-up day. The manager (John) truly cares about his people and customers. Although the camper is sold “as is,” he reassured us that it’s sold “as is working,” making me feel more confident in purchasing a camper that is 10 years old. Lastly, the service techs (Jesse and Charity) along with the service manager (Bryan) were exceptional. They definitely don’t make them like Jesse anymore, this man deserves a raise and all the praise! On the day of pick-up, we had some electrical issues after driving about 30 minutes away. It was 40° outside and almost 5:00, and Jesse came to our rescue, getting underneath the camper and fixing anything that could have been causing the issue. I am so grateful for this team, and I would definitely recommend Campers Inn of Byron to anyone in search of an RV or camper. They will work with you in any way they can to keep the customer happy and make you feel confident in your purchase. Honesty, integrity, and hard work goes a long way, and I respect this place of business due to their phenomenal staff that displays these characteristics. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or my purchase.

for me it took me a year just to choose a camper how big / manufacture = grand design imagine xls / what i want an wont put up with like a window behind the stove /then came the hard part finding the right person to sale me one with in 800 miles/ watching the price n who had what to offer/ after playing ball from October to December between 3 dealers/ campers inn in Byron gave me the best deal i like what the company offered / they had it set up we did a walk around got on roof n look it over showed me how to run all the appliances n the slide found a few spots n they calk it for me then they winterized it. they took care of all the paper work to be filed for the state n title/ the camper was clean inside n out/ the people were friendly place was clean even the out side around the building.

They made the process easy for us. Our sales rep, Josh, was great. Knowledgeable with inventory and answered all our questions. Brandon, the mgr, worked hard to get us the best deal!

What an amazing experience! My husband and I have been planning on buying our retirement RV for a long time and it was so worth the wait! Today we purchased a 2023 Grand Design Solitude 280RK-R! The entire team was just incredible …. Larry our salesman, Mark our financial officer, Scott that gave us a step by step tour and showed us how to do everything with our camper, Jesse that gave us pointers and helped us hook it up to the fifth wheel B&W hitch after installing it, Haley that made sure we were taken care of throughout the day, John the GM that welcomed us and made our business feel appreciated, Chris, the young lady in the service department that helped us with first time “stuff”, the oh so sweet receptionist ….. I truly do not have enough words to describe how happy my husband and I are with our purchase. If you are looking for a camper or RV, look no further. This is the place you need to go. You will not find better customer service nor price! I guarantee!

We spent months looking for our new camper, leaving the Byron Superstore and Camping World for Campers Inn. Our salesman was wonderful and went above and beyond. However, when we were asked to consider financing instead of paying cash, it went downhill quickly. We agreed to finance because we were told the dealership gets an incentive from the finance company and that would allow them to lower our price a little more. We agreed with the plan to pay it off immediately. In financing, we were offered an extended warranty, in which we reluctantly agreed too but refused everything else. Shortly after financing, we realized we have been charged $1500.00 for GAP coverage and $2995.00 for Paint & Fabric Protection. When we requested a refund, we were initially told no and then that they would offer half of the $2995.00 because it was an "applied product". When questioned further, they explained it was a product they applied to the paint and fabric to protect it before we took the camper so since we already had the advantage of the product they couldn't fully refund it. We reminded them that we took the camper immediately after signing documents, and with our daughter's severe environmental allergies, we would have never accepted that policy or allowed it to be put on our furniture. They still refused. We have tried for several weeks to get a proper resolution of this and are incredibly disappointed that we have not been able to do so. We also now do not want to take our camper to them for service or repair of our AC that needs an update. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend them for fear of how they may regularly take advantage of consumers like this.
