What a difference the Bismarck Center is from Minot. We bought our RV in Minot had problems each time out with the water draining in the sinks. Call Minot and explaining everything talked to the gal that sold us extended warranty all she told us was good luck with that! After that stopped in the Bismarck Center a few times the guys were all so helpful. Took it in and all fixed of course we had to pay the bill. Asked if they had time to go over things in our RV since Minot never did that either. Super nice people. Wade, Rory, Randy and Jim. Top notch service!!

So glad we found Capital RV! We Travel full-time in our 5th wheel and were setting up in Bismarck ND and we couldn’t open our slide. Being 1 pm on the Friday before Labor Day we really thought we were screwed. Just down the road on the way in we had spotted Capital RV so we crossed our fingers and called. They had us pull it over and would see what they could do. Figuring parts would need to be ordered we had little hope of a quick resolution but after a few hours they amazingly told us the diagnosis and that they had the part available! They even stayed late to get it resolved so by 6:30 we were back at our site and set up. Can’t express how grateful we are! Thank you Capital RV!
We had been considering purchasing a camper for a few years, and this spring we finally decided to take the plunge. We worked with Brandi at Capital RV in Bismarck, and she was fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable and truly went the extra mile to make sure we found exactly what we needed — and that level of service is hard to find. She has been incredibly available and responsive, always taking the time to answer any questions or address any concerns we’ve had. Bought a used RV fifth wheel that was traded in to dealership. Asked for complete inspection report before purchase and sales person said everything checked out fine as were buying from out of state. When we arrived to pick up camper batteries were completely dead, brakes were non operational. After towing to location we discovered massive amount black mold. mildew and rotted floors on a 20 year age unit. This was totally unacceptable and completely misleading. Do not trust this people with your money or time. There very crooked and left us with major repair expenses.
