From our initial contact with the sales department until the tutorial walkthrough of our new camper, the staff at Camp-A-Rama treated us with respect and genuine concern for our needs. Kind words, firm handshakes and friendly eye contact is what you can expect when you visit this dealer. All details were thoroughly explained including the nationwide lifetime warranty and what it covers. They took the time to make sure our vehicle could effectively tow our new camper and installed braking, cameras and a sound hitch. We felt confident when my wife and I pulled out from Camp-A-Rama and our new camper pulls smoothly down the road. Thanks to all at Camp-O-Rama and let the good times roll!
This company is 5 star! We arrived at our campsite and had an issue with our trailer, rendering us unable to hook up or tow. I called Camp-a-rama and they sent a mobile mechanic to our campground in about 3 hours. The mechanic was professional, friendly and informative. He had the part we needed and quickly repaired our trailer. So grateful for the excellent service!
I was pleased with my buying experience. This place has changed for the better since they have new ownership. Sales person, Matt was friendly and people in service was thorough. Trade in & buying process was fairly easy. They also have a lot more camping items stocked in their store now. I would definitely deal with them again & recommend.
We recently experienced an issue with our black tank while in Paducah. I called and Rhonda immediately started asking me questions and helping to troubleshoot the potential problem. This was Monday afternoon. We decided it was best to take the RV to their shop and Mike would work on it the next morning. Today, at 10am, Rhonda called to say the issue was resolved, we had a clog in the black tank, and they greased the wheel bearings as requested. We were ready to get back on the road. Professional, understanding, helpful and calming are just 4 quick words that come to mind to describe Rhonda. We know Mike had a gross repair this morning and we thank him for getting it resolved so quick.
