I absolutely love this place! Austin & Josh were so beyond amazing. Treated us like royalty. Austin went above and beyond in helping is find the perfect RV. Josh always ther with a smile attending to our needs. What a team ! David did our orientation with us, of course we bought an RV . Great prices , awesome customer service. David had so much knowledge about our RV. He showed us how everything works just awesome. I can't say enough about what a great experience we had. This team is top notch ! We live full-time in our fifth wheel and needed some work done, due to what we thought was a water leak. We were able to get on the schedule in no time and worked with Denise at the service center. She was very attentive, always calling with timely updates, and a great advocate for her customers!!! Can’t thank her enough for always helping us and being so transparent with us. Highly recommend working with Denise for any service needs.
Josh Hanzalik is the man ! He made our dream of getting our 2025 Solis 59px a reality, easy to work with. He gave us the best deal in Southern California and was communicating with us throughout the process. We drove 4 hours to Paso Robles and he personally picked us up at the car rental drop off , talk about great customer service. Kudos to David for giving our walk through and Austin for personally filling our new rig a full tank of gas for our long trip back home, and Andy for making the signing our documents a breeze. We recently purchased a 5th wheel at Sky River in Paso Robles, and our trailer orientation was done by David. We could not have been more pleased with David's patience and willingness to answer the myriad of questions without us feeling rushed. David was thorough, well organized and allowed us to video as he went through the exterior and interior highlights of our trailer. We were also very pleased with Mike and the parts team who helped us make some important equipment decisions along the way. Well done David, and the entire Sky River RV team. I went to Sky River looking to buy my first fifth wheel trailer and was not disappointed. Josh Hanzalik was wonderful to work with; he listened to what I was looking for and showed me many units that met those requirements. Additionally, Porfy was so knowledgeable, patient and kind with me during my final walk though. He took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with everything and knew how to perform the required maintenance. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I would absolutely recommend Sky River.
