Bretz RV was amazing. Doug Burkett helped my mother and I pick the best RV. He didn’t put too much pressure and let us see what was in our price range. Later, after hours, he stayed and helped us relook at the RV. I moved in 2 miles down the road and they delivered and set it up for me. They were great and Doug still sends txts and checks up on me. “ITS NOT JUST BUSINESS, you are family”. I like how he checks on me and will swing by if I need help. I highly recommend Bretz RV and ask for Doug!

Overall pretty disappointed with my experience. We were realistically going to be an easy sale, I knew what teardrop trailer I wanted and Bretz had it in stock so we stopped by. The guy was pretty friendly at first and worked with us. When we saw the trailer it didn’t have the solar panel on it and he said it was because they take it off to avoid theft. We sign the initial paperwork and make an appointment for final paperwork and pick up/walk through the next week. He called me a couple of days prior to the final walk through saying he was wrong about the solar panel and that apparently it had fallen off while driving back from an RV show, but that they found a replacement and are having them ship it in, which sounds great to me. No mention of any other damage or any change to the pick up time. The problems came when we showed up for final paperwork. They had us do the final paperwork first and when he walked us over to do the walk through a service guy told us we will not be picking it up because there is “damage”. This damage was not noted to us prior to us showing up, they also had not told us any of this prior to pick up so it was pretty disappointing to have worked around my work schedule only to be not told any of this and not given the camper that day. We came back a week later for the final pick up and waited in their lobby for 45 minutes even though it was a pre scheduled appointment. The salesman never actually apologized for the wait, just that the people before us were “being difficult” about a boat they bought and that it was brand new, as if we hadn’t been waiting to pick up a brand new trailer. We were finally able to do a walk through which was less than helpful. It was cold and rainy so it was understandable, but after getting jt home we realized some stuff was missed and that the top fan does not even seem to be working. Overall the service guys were wonderful and likely the only reason we will consider returning to Bretz for a chance of future business. The big disappointment is the bad communication by the sales team. Can’t say I’d recommend someone to buy from there at this time.

Brant B. is outstanding to work with. Met him initially through Facebook marketplace and then in person at the RV Expo last weekend. Respectful, punctual, honest and courteous - all qualities you want in the guy you give your hard earned dollars to. He said he'd go to bat for us and he did - above a beyond what we expected. My husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and thrilled with our new-to-us motorhome. Thanks Brant for an amazing buying experience!
