I really can’t say enough good things about Caleb and the entire team at Boulder City RV. They made the entire process, from browsing the lot to final delivery and the detailed walk-through/orientation, seamless and enjoyable. After buying the (new to me) Airstream, I decided to upgrade the batteries and solar to a much higher capacity, app-controlled lithium setup that would let me stay off grid for longer. Their service department did not disappoint either. The price they quoted me was very fair (and MUCH lower than the local Airstream dealer wanted), the work was done on-time, the wiring was immaculate, and they even took the time to teach me how everything works with the new system and helped get it connected to the app on my phone. Bottom line: this is a family run business who clearly cares about their customers, and treats them right. If you’re in the market for an RV or travel trailer, or if you need service or want some upgrades done, definitely give them a call!
Seamless process from start to finish great customer service. And will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. 100 % if we are back in the area and looking to trade we will be returning to them. Awesome experience and definitely unmatched by anywhere else I’ve been. Not to mention when we first 5th wheel owners and they made sure we understood every aspect of the rig upon delivery.

I just have to rave about Boulder City RV! My husband and I just bought our very first RV and as first time owners, I was understandably nervous about what owning one entailed. Boulder City absolutely took their time with us! They helped us find the best fit our small family and then on our walk through today, showed us how to do everything. They really spent time with us (4 hours total!!) to make sure we were safe, comfortable, and knowledgeable. They also always shared that we can call them for anything. I am so happy I chose to support my local RV company and they make you feel like part of the family (I claim them as family now so they are trapped as my go to service team for life). Seriously though, amazing experience from start to finish. So ready to make so many memories with our family 🥹!
