My wife and I recently bought a used class c motorhome from Bobby Combs. I not going to say we got a great deal but what we got was a fair deal that I am very happy with. Don, our salesman, was low pressure, friendly, and knowledgeable. We went to look at a rig that they had advertised but it had sold the day before. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us a rig that we liked even better. Don went through some of features of the unit then left us to explore and examine on our own. It was nice not having a salesman looking over your shoulder as we were going through all nooks and crannies. We dealt with the sales manager Jeff. He is a little hyper and very pleasant to deal with. Again low pressure. He was very good about answering all of our questions. The day we picked the motorhome up we brought it home to show it to our neighbors. When I retracted the rear slide something happened that messed up the bed platform. This was during the New Year holidays so I waited a couple days and stopped by and talked to Don about where to get it repaired since I bought the motorhome "AS IS". He come back and talk to Jeff about it. Jeff was concerned that we had a issue the same day we bought it. We bought the motorhome back for them to take a look at it. An hour and a half later the slide problem was repaired with apologies. No charge to fix it. Even with the little hiccup with the slide the people at Bobby Combs made the whole experience buying our new rig very pleasant. I can definitely recommend the Yuma Bobby Combs for anyone looking to buy a new or used rv.
Bought our first travel trailer here (Forest River Grey Wolf Limited 23 DBH). Staff was knowledgeable and low pressure. We had some warranty work done a couple months after buying it; work was done quickly and with quality components. Thanks, we appreciate the service!
I walked into dealership with a credit score of 778. And Bobby Combs couldn't sell me a rv. Very disappointed sales department. How in the heck can you not make a sale. Had nice cash down payment to ease the sale and they still couldn't make a sale. I give a rating score of 0 stars. Very weak business. Going to Phoenix
Just must say I have the worst experience with Bobby combs in Yuma. Jeff is a real piece of work. My rig came from Idaho store. No welcome package or radio remote or tv remote. Took me a month to get them to get me a tv with remotes. Jeff all he would say is not my rig it from another store. Like Bobby combs told me all rigs are his if the Yuma store sold it. Erika and Nick is the ones that finally took care of the tv. Friday my bathroom faucet was leaking in the sink couldn’t get it to turn off all the way. Talked to Erica she said she has a service guy that would come to me. Ok he came ordered new faucet came in all good Monday he installed it. My rig bought brand new with a one year warranty from keystone and I bought the 5 year extended warranty. Now Remember my rig is only 3.5 months old. All under warranty and I had to pay a $80.service fee so I drove to Bobby combs and that was useless. They wouldn’t reimburse me the $80 dollars my rig is brand new. Bullcrap. STAY AWAY YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. Hope The owner will call me Mr Bobby Combs. They have my number. Telling you to STAY AWAY.
