Really good experience but a few hiccups. Troy the GM was really good and honest to deal with and Trent in the shop who set up my camper was top notch. I travelled 2 trips in three days 1,000 miles each trip to trade multiple items for a new camper. I never felt like my time was wasted because they knew I had a big drive back home both times I went there. Chris the finance guy could fine tune his skills a bit more. Trade values were given to me without checking for accuracy, pay off on my trade was “guessed” and not confirmed through my bank so I had to come up with an extra $631 2 weeks after the transaction after I was told that there was enough wiggle room in the purchased camper to accommodate any differences. The Washington state sales tax was not calculated correctly which I pointed out when I did the paperwork, I was over nighted corrected loan docs a week later and had to over nighted them back. I wasn’t given a heads up to this mistake, just happened to get a priority envelope in the mail. All in all a good experience, it was a lot to trade 3 vehicles for one but to have a week to prep all paperwork was more than enough time to make sure everything was correct.

We had been researching RV Toy Haulers for about a year and decided which one we wanted. We found the exact model at Bobby Combs RV Center in Caldwell Idaho, which is quite a drive from where we live, just outside of Portland Oregon. Our salesman’s name is Robin and he was great at helping us work out what i feel is a really great deal, so we went ahead and drove to Idaho. Jim from the shop did a very thorough walk through and taught us everything about our coach, from front to back. I have a load leveling sway bars and hitch that i brought with and Jim even helped me install it all on the new trailer. Jeremy the finance manager got us financing and helped with all the paperwork. Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Everything about my experience with this rv dealership is 5 stars. Thanks again Robin, Jim and Jeramy.

I purchased a 2014 Voltage toy hauler sight unseen from Chris at Bobby Combs RV. Chris was very responsive and helpful—until they received my money. He told me the RV had undergone a thorough inspection, and their service manager had signed and certified it as having zero issues, aside from a few very small graphic defects. Upon delivery from Bobby Combs, the RV had a broken table, a cracked floor, a bent ladder, a non-working main living room TV, a non-functioning furnace, and no keys or title. They agreed to send me a new table, claiming the original had fallen off the bed and broken during transport. I wasn’t happy about all the undisclosed damage, but I decided I could live with it. Then I tried to use the RV. Upon filling the fresh water tank, I discovered a very obvious leak—a steady stream—from a large crack. I patched it temporarily, and they agreed to send me a replacement tank. After just a day or so of use on our first trip, I discovered the black water (sewage) valve was leaking onto the ground. Now embarrassed and frustrated, I continued to communicate with Chris, who eventually stopped responding to my calls and texts. He then forwarded me to the manager, Troy, who said they would send me the parts for the repair along with some money for labor. Soon after, I noticed a wall inside the RV was soft, so I inspected the roof. I found that the rubber roof around the front AC unit was completely detached—to the point where I could see the plywood underneath. Water had been running into the roof and walls, causing significant water damage. Earlier, Bobby Combs RV had asked me to get repair estimates, which came in at well over $14,000. Troy offered to send me $1,500 in reimbursement. I declined. Later, in a conference call with both Troy and Chris, they offered $3,500. I accepted. Both were apologetic and thanked me for my patience. My patience has now run out. It has been nearly five months since this nightmare purchase began. I only now just received the RV title. Bobby Combs RV sent me a check for $20—yes, twenty dollars—instead of the agreed $3,500. They have since stopped answering my calls and responding to my texts.

Stepping into the office, we immediately were greeted with smiles and felt welcomed and taken care of. John welcomed us in with warmth, care, and consideration, making sure to take in all of our wants and ultimately showing us our new RV! Every question answered which put us at ease with our big new purchase. (also, anywhere that can laugh and share some jokes, you know is the right place to be) The customer service is top notch! Chris in the financing department happily helped every step to get us the best rates and worked with us to make sure we understood all the details of our loan. Service department installed all of our needs for towing the 5th wheel and they were FAST! We couldn't be more happy with the guys at Bobby Combs and can't thank them enough for treating us like family! If we could give 10 stars, we would. Skip the big chains and pressure and go where you're treated with genuine care and like family. You won't be disappointed!

The staff here is amazing especially Zak in service! He has been able to fix every issue we had when we first went to them with an issue another dealer failed to fix and he did fast! We just bought another RV and it was from them as they didn't have what we wanted but found it walked us through it and are making sure all the upgrades we need are on it now.
