Jim was so patient and answered all our questions over the phone from the beginning. There was no pressure to buy. Everything was done over the phone and made super easy. Jim went above and beyond for us and getting our first truck camper. Once we arrived at the store, Devin was amazing, giving us tips as we walked us through our camper and getting it on the truck for the first time. What an amazing group of people that made this whole process incredible. You will not be disappointed by this team.
I would recommend Boardman RV to anyone looking for a truck camper. Jim and Darren were great to work with there was no pressure what so ever. I completed the whole deal with Jim by phone and when I wanted certain options he suggested not to get them due to what other people had said he didn’t just sell to me it is refreshing to deal with someone that has integrity. Darren did our walk through he spent all day with us and was very helpful and showed us how to work everything and and if we did not understand he would take the time to explain and demonstrate till we understand. Great team I would not hesitate to buy another unit from them in the future. GREAT JOB 👌
I’d give the guys at Boardman 10 points, if I could. In short, they are a total class act. Buy a camper from them and you will be happy !! The owners get credit for selling campers at the listed price. No hidden fees or games. Great pricing. Unlike many RV places, they are HONEST. My sales rep, Jim Valdez, was great to deal with. Prompt response to questions. Made the sale easy. No B/S. Made sure the camper was ready when advertised. Arranged for additional work, done at a fair, reasonable price. 5 stars plus a bonus point. Devin did an incredible job on a solar cell install. A total work of art. I can run the A/C for 7 hours on battery / solar !!! No need to carry a generator ever again. 5 stars plus two bonus points. Then there is Darin. Super tech. He showed us the camper and showed us the ropes. Adjusted my load equalization hitch. I asked about a rear camera and an hour later, it was installed !! We had the housing for the water pump break, and Darin made time on a busy Saturday to fix it BEFORE the other campers. A true rock star !! 5 stars plus three bonus points. We purchased the camper sight unseen. When we did the walkthru, the unit was PERFECT. ZERO issues. Their Q/C and prep work is exceptional. I purchased a camper 5 years ago from CW, and had defects I ended up paying to fix. In short, these folks treat customers like family. They make it so easy to get into the camper. I drove 600 miles to buy from them. Will be back if I ever need a new unit or service work.
I bought an Arctic Fox truck camper from Boardman and I have only good things to say about this dealer! No pressure sales, and they were very thorough going through everything there is to know. The only issues I have had, I've been able to troubleshoot myself. The only suggestion I have for them is to maybe give your first-time camper owners a list of starter items that they will need such as a water regulator, hoses, Adaptors, etc.
Had a issue with our old fifthwheel, and did probably 4 hours of online research. Boardman had a used 27-5L that online looked to be what we needed. We drove to them and Ulises spent as long as it took to let us look it over and decide if it was the one for us. Made a deal and picked it up 5 days later. Couldn't have been easier or more cordial to us. The service tech who did the show and tell was very experienced and very nice to talk to. Everyone that we met was great to visit with, overall it was a refreshing company to do business with. I highly recommend them to anyone needing an RV. So almost 10 months from the purchase we went back to Boardman RV and had them install a onboard generator, again great service and the tech did a great job of showing us how to use and maintain it. I’m still impressed with their service. We currently have 23k miles on our Arctic Fox since the purchase
