As you probably noticed, our name is a little different and so are we! Blue Dog RV was started by several families moving from all over the Northwest and we're now owned by Blue Compass RV. We came together to form a new and different RV dealership to serve the Northern Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, and Nevada area. We wanted to take what we learned at very good dealers combined with our shared vision of customer service for RV sales and service up to a level that people have never experienced. This team is by far the best I've encountered at RV dealerships!! Fair trade in value, fair purchase value-no surprises- excellent service! Purchased a used Casita online and drove 3 hours to the dealership to pick up! Frank in sales responded quickly and patiently answered all my questions (I had lots!) Jay was super welcoming and helped us get settled in once we arrived at the dealership- Andy spent over an hour with us with trailer walk through to make sure we were comfortable with set up and operating all the systems on our trailer, Asa was awesome in financing, got us through the process with no pressure!
We sold our small ranch and decided to live in a fifth wheel. Caleb was absolutely amazing at helping us locate the perfect home for our future needs! The service and sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful for any additional things you need and the finance department is absolutely professional and amazing. They are very thorough and teaching you how to maintain an operate your new RV, which is super helpful since ours was more complicated than I expected it would be

We bought a 2026 Grand Design Imagine travel trailer from Blue Compass R V in Redmond OR. In August 2025. Our sales consultant was a nice man, Nathan Shapiro. Nathan was very helpful, informative and got the best price for our trade in. After we purchased our new Grand Design travel trailer we had a issue with the batteries not holding a charge. I met with the Service manager , Mark Anderson and told him that I was very disappointed about the batteries. Mark came to the rescue. He updated the batteries to AGM. He then took the batteries that came with our travel trailer and gave us credit for them and also gave us a great price on the new AGM batteries. The outcome was great. No more problems with the charging system. Nathan Shapiro and Mark Anderson are the best. We would buy another Travel Trailer from Blue Compass RV in Redmond Oregon, in the future.
