As you probably noticed, our name is a little different and so are we! Blue Dog RV was started by several families moving from all over the Northwest and we're now owned by Blue Compass RV. We came together to form a new and different RV dealership to serve the Northern Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, and Nevada area. We wanted to take what we learned at very good dealers combined with our shared vision of customer service for RV sales and service up to a level that people have never experienced. This was Zachariah Click's first sale. He patiently listened to my old war stories as a Veteran from 1974. In addition my life's story lol. In all seriousness Zach, the Staff and employees were all professional and very Helpful. Zach has kept me informed from start to finishing. Bill Barnes is superb in his work. All the Staff were sooo informative and helpful with my purchase. I felt no pressure sales tactics i had experienced before. Since this is our first time buying a new travel trailer, both of these guys were fantastic and patient in answering my questions. Thanks Guys! Shawn and Bill were amazing! They made us feel at home from the moment we walked in. Very disappointing experience with Joel Dapkus at Blue Compass RV Medford. Out of all the Blue Compass RV dealers I’ve spoken with, he was by far the most unprofessional. During our call, he made negative comments about a similar RV at another Blue Compass location to make his unit seem more appealing, which felt inappropriate. When I declined his offer, his tone became rude and condescending, and he ultimately ended the call. This is not the level of professionalism I expect when making a major purchase.
We had a great buying experience with Jeff. Super awesome guy, low pressure, asked valid questions and was super personable. My husband and I weren’t intending to buy anything, but we went to look because we had an old trailer we were looking to get rid of and we wanted to see what the newer trailers looked like. Jeff showed us several options and they gave us a super fair value on our trade. We are very excited to go on more camping trips and have already recommended both Jeff and Blue Compass to our friends :)
