As you probably noticed, our name is a little different and so are we! Blue Dog RV was started by several families moving from all over the Northwest and we're now owned by Blue Compass RV. We came together to form a new and different RV dealership to serve the Northern Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Montana, and Nevada area. We wanted to take what we learned at very good dealers combined with our shared vision of customer service for RV sales and service up to a level that people have never experienced. We had an amazing experience here. We were sent by a good friend and will continue to recommend them to anyone in search for a Trailer/RV. The sales team was friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted- special shout out to Randy and Q!! Matt walked us through and made sure we knew everything about the trailer before we drove off the lot. They truly offered a full service experience!
I was told by a co-worker that he was treated well at Bobby Combs in Hayden, so I decided to try them out. I called and made an appointment and met with Randy. He was great about showing us the one we were interested in and a few alternatives. When we picked it up a couple of weeks later everything was clean and ready to go home. The guys went over all the operations and features with us and helped getting connected to truck. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone local.
We purchased an Encore ROG in February of 2025 from Bobby Combs RV in Hayden. They graciously held our new trailer until the end of April so that we could drive up and get it when the weather was more suitable for driving. As a new person to RVing we went to several of the major RV Centers and got the typical experience you read about and we weren’t too excited, until we spoke with the people at Bobby Combs. We knew exactly what we wanted and we made the purchase over the phone, pictures were sent of our new trailer and all our questions were answered. We picked up our trailer yesterday, camped locally so we could give the trailer a “run down” and learn for ourselves. We were encouraged to stop back in before we headed home so that they could answer any questions we had and help out with any trailer issues. I could not have asked for a better experience from a nicer group of people. Informative, friendly, courteous…and willing to answer our many questions. I would highly recommend this business for RV buying….oh, and the ROG trailers are awesome.
