If I could leave a zero star review I would. I had been talking with a sales person for several days, set an appointment and drove over 3.5 hours… when I got there it was to a sold sign on the van I was set to look at and a sales person who had seemingly no idea that we even had an appointment, they had sold it 20 min previously to “an over the phone customer…”. I will never look at any vehicles brokered by this company or any subsidiaries.
Fantastic service from the entire crew, but especially our Salesman, Mike Rosso. My husband and I decided to become Full-timers, put our house on the market and sold it in 1 day. To say it was a stressful time was an understatement. We decided on our perfect 5th wheel and had originally put a deposit on an incoming unit from another dealership, but every time we had questions, they made us feel like we were bothering them. Not a great way to feel when you are making a $100k plus investment. We happened into Blade RV, ended up talking to Mike. He had so many answers to our questions and the answers he didn't have, he was quick to get back to us about. We decided to buy the same model 5th wheel from him instead!! He made us feel valued. He knew of our impending deadline, kept us informed on where our new home was in the process and did all of it with the excitement like a friend who was excited for our new adventure. Since receiving our new home, the customer service has continued. We had a small issue and he dealt with it with the exemplary service we received prior to buying our 5th wheel! Next to our new adventure...Mike, ,working with you and Blade RV is the best choice we've made! Thank you SOOOO much for all of your hard work!!
Very happy with travel trailer purchase from Blade RV. Salesman Michael Rosso is a no pressure, well experienced sales leader. I love my travel trailer which is my 2013 Jayco Whitehawk 26DSRB its an excellent unit I love it to death everything about it when I made an appointment with the service department with my old trailer my 2006 Weekend Warrior toy hauler I didn't know what to expect. But the fact that they are upfront with you tell you every problem honestly truthfully I knew right then in there it was time to start looking for a new trailer and I went into the sales center and spoke with Brett and he and I sat down and talked a little bit about what I was looking for and he showed me some units and at that point I was still looking around at other options but the fact that he rememberd the conversation and what I was looking for from the length to etc is amazing most RV dealers can't do that they will try to tell you sorry we don't have anything like that or etc. The fact is if I ever need repairs on my trailer I trust them I've recommended them to 6 people already that's how fantastic they are and when it comes to possibly sell my trailer in maybe 12 to 13 years I can definitely trust them to find me my next trailer which would most likely be from a 2026 down to a 2021 or even 2019 and I know they will find it
