This review is long overdue… I rented from Blacksford in September 2025 after having two separate rentals cancelled through a rent by owner website - one just one week before our trip was to begin. I reached out to Blacksford and was put in touch with Lauren from the Pheonix location - she immediately got to work to find a replacement with the highest level of urgency and customer service. Within 24 hours she found an almost identical replacement van for us! After arriving to the Bozeman airport we were picked up and checked out by Morgan and Miranda - who both exceeded expectations. Check out was easy, there was a stockpile of non perishables from previous renters that we were able to select from, saving some headache at the store and minimizing waste. They took care of some special requests and were so helpful in providing area info and some “van life” pointers. Our trip was amazing - I made so many great memories with my dad and uncle - and a lot of it is owed to those three for making it all possible! Lauren, Morgan and Miranda - thank you so much for stepping up when we were nearly down and out! If my son finishes the year with all A’s we are letting him pick the destination for our summer trip and he wants to go to the Four Corners. We had a great experience with our recent RV rental. From the start, the booking process was smooth and straightforward. When we arrived, Cindee was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She gave us a thorough orientation to the RV, which made us feel comfortable and confident before heading out. One of our favorite touches was the donation shelf where renters can leave or pick up unused food items—it’s such a thoughtful idea and came in handy. The RV itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for our trip. From beginning to end, everything about the rental process was easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate the care and attention put into making our trip a success. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic experience, much better than your usual hire place. Staff both ends were so thoughtful and kind and contactable throughout my trip for hints and tips on any silly questions I had, mainly around my itinerary! Our family rented the Winnebago Solis PX from Blacksford for a second trip out of Bozeman. First trip was from the Las Vegas location. This trip was equally as perfect from a clean well equipped van and knowledgeable helpful staff as the first. Cindee was our point person on both trips and added to the positive experience.
