Ive had an awful experience with bish rv. I drove all thr way from vegas too thinking I would be taken care of. Maybe I didn't spend enough money? I was told when I pick up my rv that I would have to replace the windshield because of a defective glass. Okay, sure. Told it would be an easy fix and we could get it done ASAP. No one has gotten back to me. I have to basically beg for someone to respond. Its been weeks and nothing. No calls nothing. This staff is super friendly and personable which makes this review difficult. This unit should have been given to me and I regret taking it. Im absolutely appalled and the lack of customer service.
Picked up our first camping trailer today from Bish and they made the experience truly so great! It is stressful making such a financial investment in a trailer but Jason was so knowledgeable and truthful that we felt confident in the decision of the trailer we bought. We bought a used Montana 5th wheel. Our overall experience was great. Kayleb was the sales rep. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very polite. Matt was the manager we dealt with and he was also great to deal with. Both of them made you feel right at home. There was also no pressure tactics during the deal. Danny was the tech who did our walk through with us. He’s absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, and courteous. He took his time and went out of his way to make sure all of our questions and concern were answered. We would have no problem buying from Bish’s again.
Nathan green sold us our camper. He made us feel great with purchasing a camper from Bish’s because of how much he cared. He didn’t attack us with campers or like rush us in anyway like how some people do when they sell cars and other things. He actually had real conversions with us asked us what we’d use it for and he also let us look at stuff we weren’t there to see and we’d get a little distracted but he didn’t rush us and he also answered all of our questions. Over all it was a great experience with Nathan and I would definitely buy another camper with him if I needed to.
