This dealership is awesome! I worked with Spencer as my salesperson. He was extremely helpful with every step of my buying experience. The dealership was very clean and welcoming. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful! All in all it was extremely easy to purchase a new RV here! Two thumbs up, five stars across the board! If you're looking for a new RV don't hesitate to give these folks a chance!
Great people to work with! Thank you Spencer, Owen, Danny, and Shannon! I recently purchased a used travel trailer from them and these guys made the experience great! Spencer helped me purchase the RV over the phone and had it delivered to my property, thank you driver (didn’t get your name). When I fired up the furnace it worked fine but you could hear something rub sometimes when it shut down. It wasn’t caught during inspection because it didn’t happen all the time and was minor. Even though I was over the 72 hour grace period, Owen scheduled a Danny the tech to come to the RV on a Saturday and take the furnace apart and fix the issue. There was a small loose screw in the fan housing that was rubbing and causing the noise. The trailer was sold “as is” and they didn’t have to help me but they did because they wanted me to have a good experience. They went above and beyond when helping me at every step of the way. It doesn’t matter what you’re getting here, they will take care of you…and your dogs 🐶!
The customer service is terrible. I bought a brand new trailer here and it was offered with free propane for life and free winterizations. Every time I attempted to fill propane there they simply don’t have anyone certified to fill it, so why offer the deal? Then I couldn’t even get a hold of the service department to get winterization after the sales department literally looked at them while the phone rang… I don’t even want to know what the actual service is like because I couldn’t get that far! Thanks a lot bishs. I’ll be servicing my own trailer
We purchased a brand new 5th wheel from Bish’s RV in Traverse City July 2024. We have had the same experience as many leaving reviews. Horrible service department. Lack of communication. Have to call every day to try and get a hold of someone in service. Made an appointment for September 4 for a few warranty items. They didn’t fix anything correctly and ended up gouging our shower floor. We had to pick it up finally on Sept 17, days after promised because we were supposed to be leaving on a trip Sept 15. Trying to get someone to return a call was impossible. We will NEVER be bringing our 5th wheel back there again. Bish Fix is definitely broken. We will be contacting Jayco to find a reputable dealer in the future. I recommend finding a reputable dealer for anyone looking for a new RV.
Terrible service if I could give them a minus 10 I would! First off the communication is the worse, took our motorhome in with a list of items to be fixed, they said a week, after 2 weeks my husband called and left a message no response, he called 4 times still no response after 3-1/2 weeks with calling every day and no response he drove to Traverse City ( we live an hour away) they said it was going in that day (really?) after having it for a month they only fixed 1/2 of what was on the list, plus we paid for a part they were supposed to mail to us and never did. On top of all that they backed it into something and took a big gouge out of the back passenger corner with scratches all the way down. My husband sent them the pictures and they were supposed to get back to us, have never heard one word and he calls weekly for 2-1/2 months leaving a message. Next call is to our lawyer if we don't hear back soon. Don't waste your money on this place
