What a great experience! Even if you don't buy a camper you should check it out...You may change your mind. From the front to the back, you will have a good time..Extremely knowledgeable, and they were not one of those places where you were afraid you get hijacked! I've been to some dealers where you were wondering if they would provide the lube....Sorry but true.. Wanted to adopt the service guy, Augie...He's just one of those guys you know are not going to mess with your head...I do believe they will be invited out to our new camper for a cookout!! Maybe a boat ride! OK I'm babbling. If you are looking to buy a camper, I'd look there last, you will realize it was a great choice.

My husband and I had been looking for a camper with specific requirements in mind. My brother had been doing some online searching and would occasionally send us different campers to check out. When he sent us the 2017 Grand Design Reflections that was at I-29 RV in Tea, South Dakota, we thought it probably wouldn’t happen for us. I can say that it was worth the drive (about 5 1/2 hours 1 way) and they really treated us very well. From our salesman, Chris J, who met us on a Sunday to show us the camper, to Tony in finance to Kylan in the shop, who showed us everything we needed to know about our “new to us” camper, our experience was really very good. Kylan was incredibly knowledgeable about all things RV, was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Super nice people to deal with and not pushy at all. We got a great deal on a beautiful 5th wheel and would recommend them if anyone we know is looking for a new or used camper!

We have been on the search for a travel trailer, no hurries, just seeing what's out there. Terry was our salesman. I gave him a list of things that I wanted and things that I didn't want. He did his research and showed us campers that pretty much checked all of our boxes! So much that we had such a hard time deciding on which one we wanted! (Kudos to Terry for putting up with me!! As I tend to be very indecisive! 😄) He was a patient, no pressure kind of guy and we really appreciated that! We knew in time he would find us the perfect camper for us! Well he did, we just purchased our brand new Coachmen Northern Spirit and we are so excited for the upcoming camping season! We've been taking our used fifth wheel to I-29 for the last few years and have had nothing but great service. We recently decided to trade it in on a brand new fifth wheel. Andrey was a great salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was with us at every step of the way through the process but it was never that "overbearing salesman".
