So after paying 18k for a new to me 5th wheel from Parker he was great to deal with the sales manager wasn't and the service department manager Kevin upon delivery they knew about an hour and half prior to Parker calling me. Ive been accused of googling things and just talking out my ass. Ive had to call multiple times and been dealing with Chris at rv fix and service tech Sean they have been great to work with i haven't had my unit a week and continue to have flooding and electrical issues with many other issues
**UPDATE:** After getting hooked up to our new (to us) unit and pulling out of the lot, we quickly realized we had no brakes. We carefully got it home and, upon inspection, discovered that not only were the brakes not working, but the wheel bearings were also bad. We contacted Bish’s right away and took it in the very next day. They replaced the wheel bearings and springs (which were also bad) and repaired the brakes. We also found that the refrigerator wasn’t working, and they inspected and fixed that issue as well. Once we got the unit back home, we experienced some heavy rain while it was closed up since we weren’t using it. When we went inside, we discovered it had flooded — the carpet was soaked and the toy hauler area also had a leak. We immediately called Bish’s and took it back in. After inspection, we were told the seal on the back door was missing and a seal on one of the slides was ripped, which caused the flooding. The service writer, Mike Pope, contacted us and let us know that Julian Baden had approved all repairs at no cost to us and even included a thoughtful extra surprise. While no one wants to go through these issues when purchasing a new (to us) unit, Mike Pope, Julian Baden, and Kevin Daniels have truly gone above and beyond to take care of us and make things right. We will always be fans and advocates for Bish’s RV and these three individuals. We are incredibly grateful and can’t wait to get back out camping very soon! Bought a new to us RV from Bish’s. Our sales guy Kevin D went above and beyond to make it happen for us and our walk through tech Darin did an amazing job, even let me press all the buttons I wanted during the walk through. We appreciate everything they did for us. Onto making many more camping trips in our ginormous (to us) toy hauler.
My wife and I are really enjoying using the trailer. I’ve grown up camping in trailers and this is the first one I have owned on my own. The sales team was great especially our salesmen Kevin. The added security of having RV Fix is an amazing perk of buying with Bish’s. We’ve already called once with an issue and Tony with RV Fix was a tremendous help. We don’t have any regrets with the purchase and will definitely be buying from Bish’s again.
My wife and I recently moved to Oregon after I transferred working for Oregon Parks & Recreation as a Park Ranger. We had been looking at a couple of RV Dealers to work with and I came across Bish’s in Meridian as they had the exact model that I wanted in stock (2026 Forest River Impression 44STAY). I spoke with Payton Cook and primarily worked with him throughout the whole process. Since I was from out of state, it was a bit of a lengthier process, (not to mention a couple of other roadblocks) but Payton made everything extraordinarily simple, was in constant contact with me, super friendly and was just the BEST Salesman to work with there at Bish’s. He made it a really enjoyable experience and is the one person that I would highly recommend going to if you’re thinking of purchasing an RV from Bish’s at Meridian. Just want to reiterate, our fantastic Bish’s RV was when consigning our RV. Both Julian and Dylan went above and beyond and taking care of us. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
