Leland "Bish" Jenkins built his family business based on the principles of honesty, fair dealing, and treating customers right. Beginning in Eastern Idaho in the 1940's with the sale of livestock, Bish Jenkins and his sons and grandsons expanded the family businesses into clothing, saddles, tack and horse trailers. In 1989, one of Bish's grandsons wanted to purchase an RV from a local dealer. When he didn't like the offer the dealer gave him, he called up the manufacturer and tried to buy one. But to buy from the manufacturer, you had to be a dealer, so he bought six of them and Bish's RV was...

We had the best experience with Bishs RV in Kearney Nebraska. Alissa literally showed my husband 20 campers and then we narrowed it down and she had to show me the same 2 campers 3 times before I could decide! The entire process was so smooth and easy. The service department went above and beyond to make sure we could take our camper home that night ! Special thanks to Gio, Jacob and Keegan thank you guys so much for staying late and getting us set up and on the road!!!
Kearney, Nebraska. I have delt with several RV places over 25 years. Bish's of Kearney is the very best so far. Everyone, I mean everyone in that business are extremely friendly, very helpful. A super clean place of business. Anyone in the repair shop is the same, they are extremely helpful. And friendly as well. They ALL pitch in to help, making it a pleasure to business there. Chris, the parts guy, others too, helped find a fender skirt for my 1985 Fifth Wheel camper that other places didn't even try to mess with. Let alone spending a little time over the phone. If I ever need ANY RV parts, or items, I WILL be going to Bish's in Kearney, Nebraska. Thanks all, Doran.
Not All Heroes where Capes. I had dealing with the furnace in my camper and the temps where dropping. I called Bish's in Kearney and spoke with Nate in Services. I took the furnace into them and he had his amazing team take a look at it. It was the Motherboard. They ordered the part and before close the next day it was fixed and ready to go. No more cold nights. Thank You Nate and your team on all you do and how fast you get things done. Sincerely Tish
Frank was absolutely AMAZING! He went above and beyond showing us around the lot and helping us explore every camper we were interested in (even the same ones twice, lol). His patience and positive attitude made the whole experience fun and stress-free! We ran into a hiccup with retrieving one of our check stubs, and the staff STILL stayed late just to help us finish the deal. Huge shoutout to James as well for making sure our “new to us” camper was perfectly prepared and ready for us. Honestly, this team exceeded every expectation. Highly, highly recommend!
While our experience with the sales staff was okay. We had them install addition 400 watts of solar and 2 smart lithium batteries and thats where everything went wrong. They installed a 3000 watt invertor with transfer switch and they didnt take out the old transfer switch or hook up the transfer switch in the invertor. The existing solar controller was not large enough for 600 watts of solar and didnt support lithium batteries. They didn't upgrade the wiring from the solar to the controller. They did compensate half of what we paid for the solar controller and gave us the wire to up grade to the controller. They didnt tell us we needed more batteries for that size invertor. When they installed the invertor the manual says to use 4/0 wire and they used the 6 awg wire. Batteries they used 6 guage wire and needed 4/0. When they set the parameters for the invertor they set it up for lead acid batteries and didn't disconnect the convertor as written in the installation instructions. We had to wait an extra 5 hrs for them to install what they should have already done when they called to tell us it was ready.
