Bish's RV in Bozeman and Sopia R did an AWESOM job helping us purchase our first new travel trailer. We had a TON of questions, and Sophia answered all of them! When she didn't know the info right away, she got back to us with it and didn't try to snow us over. They didn't try to upsell us once nor did they rush into a decision, ever. Everything about this process was way better than I expected and I would highly recommend Sophia and Bish's to anyone looking for an RV. Great service and great people!

Nikki is awesome. They are lucky to have her as a part of their team. We had a bad experience there a couple of years ago with the service guy and the work they claimed to do was not done. So we were dreading having to take our RV in this time. But Nikki took great care of us and the service folks got our repair done quickly. Nikki is a quick and responsive communicator and easy to talk to. I don't dread having to go back there (but sure hope we don't have to!)

We purchased from Bish’s of Ludington MI, a factory ordered unit. (Thank you RV Nerd aka Uncle Josh for your tips and tricks, and suggestions to price shop everyone!) Along its way to us in Washington, the wind tore off the J-Wrap and transportation brought our unit into Bish’s of Bozeman, MT. Here we met by phone and email Mr. Bruce Miller the manager of service. Nowhere did I expect our unit to be as important as getting a direct link to the service manager, I mean we just got dropped off on them, they didn’t even make the sale at their location! Bruce was amazing unfortunately the factory shipped him the wrong parts not once but twice! Since we didn’t know when our new home (Destination Trailer) was going to arrive we ended up canceling our spring break plans of going to Sun River Oregon. On a whim we decided to go to Bozeman, to meet Bruce and his team, and see our trailer. We saw the sites on our 3 state trip and as the pinnacle of our trip met Bruce and our new home. Nowhere did I expect to have a warranty claim during transport, and had we bought from any other dealership we would have been stuck with a broken RV. Having bought from Bish’s, with their multiple locations and service team across the country we were put back together and delivered correctly. Thank you Bruce and the rest of the Bozeman team!

We had a great experience at Bish. We went and looked at RV's several different times. Low pressure and helpful as far as size, setup and make of the RV. Sales staff made it work with our complicated schedule. We also had a good experience with finance staff. I'd recommend Bish to others. We appreciated the price and our experience.

Our experience with this location was a nightmare. We took our trailer in on July 17 for repairs to our floor & damaged jacks. Approximately 3 weeks after we dropped off our trailer, we had to call them to receive an update. During the call we initiated we were notified the flooring they’d received came in damaged. We were flexible, but hoping to sell our trailer and had a buyer lined up. Obviously this was out of their control, but still should have been communicated. A week or two later, we received a call telling us the flooring was installed, and the trailer should be ready for pick up in another week or two. A month goes by. Radio silence from Bish’s. We call again, and learn they’re replacing the skis on our slide out. They’re in transit, and they should arrive soon. Several weeks go by. We called repeatedly, no answer. We leave voicemails, no returned calls. It’s now mid-September. My husband has had enough and drives over to Bish’s and demands to know what’s going on with our trailer. Thanks to Niki (who was unbelievably helpful each time we dealt with her), this is when we’re finally told a merger between two trailer companies affected the shipping time of the parts needed for our trailer. They actually don’t know when the necessary parts will arrive. No one can help us. We’re just stuck waiting. My husband continues to call at least once a week to get an update. At times he’s promised a call back with an update and that never happened. Bish’s did not reach out to us even once to provide these updates. The week of October 12, we’re told the parts will be delivered on Thursday and the trailer will be finished by Friday. Friday comes and goes and we hear nothing from them. We call on Saturday and are told the parts were not delivered until Friday “late”. (Sure, shipping is a nightmare, things happen.) It’s been cold, so we ask if they’ve at least cleared the lines since we’ve been unable to do so. We’re told they haven’t and that it’s $170 to winterize it. No thanks, the least you could do it winterize it for us at their cost since I should’ve been able to to it myself by now, but it’s been sat on their lot(they did end up winterizing it). Monday October 20th (4 months after we dropped off our trailer) we finally received a call that our trailer is finally ready. At this point, our buyer has—understandably—backed out on the deal. Addititonally, upon pick up of the trailer, the batteries are dead so it can’t even be hooked up to our truck. When my husband approached the service desk, the guy there was unhelpful. It was only when Niki came back to the desk that he was able to receive help, where they jumped the batteries to get the trailer hooked up to the truck. I acknowledge that the folded flooring & delayed parts are not Bish’s fault. Things happen, and that’s not where my grievances are. In our case, communication would have gone a very long way, but instead any shred of information was a ridiculous fight. I would not recommend Bish’s to anyone.
