We purchased a 2026 Travel Trailer from Bish RV in Billings Mt the first of October. We work the summers in Yellowstone national park. We found our dream RV on their lot and they made the process so easy and were great to deal with. But their outstanding service does not stop when you drive off the lot. We live in TN. In the off season. On our way home we had an issue with our furnace thermostat. They offer a service called RV Fix that offers help when you are traveling. They were very helpful in helping us to get the needed repairs. Just one more reason that makes Bish’s the best in sales and service. We will be returning customers. Steve and Dianna.
Sierra and team did a great job. Purchase was seamless and pain free. The walk-thru was very through and educational. I would recommend to anyone.
As others have stated the service department here is hovering around 1-star. I'm fed up at this point and have no choice but to leave a review. I dropped my 3-month old camper for winterization and warranty work on the day that I had scheduled the WARRANTY work to be done. I dropped it off September 23rd and they still have my camper! Guess how many times they have called me with updates? ZERO. Have they fixed anything yet? NO. I've called now 8-9 times and they have no updates other than they haven't gotten to it yet, are down a service member, and were supposed to start working on it by November 14th. Any updates from them since then. NO. On my last call that got through I asked, is it plugged in? NO. Are my batteries going to be toast from sitting in freezing cold temps completely drained? Most likely.
Huge shout out to the entire staff from Bish‘s RV in Billings, Montana. We got top rate service from the salesperson, manager, service tech, insurance agent and office staff. The service tech went over our trailer with a fine tooth comb, answering a myriad of questions from us. We had Assistance hooking up our trailer and realized that the lights weren’t working. Immediately, two service tech came out and hooked up An electrical diagnostic tool to see what the issue was with our truck. We had two blown fuses which they replaced, and we were safe safely on our way. That is outstanding service! My husband and I are looking forward to our trailer with the knowledge that we have “Diamond Club” support from a great dealership! Thank you!
