Dan Berkenkotter is one of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Not only did he and his wonderful team provide me with a very nice vehicle when I needed one. They helped me in my time of need. Then, three years later after I was the victim of an accident which totalled my vehicle that I had purchased from them. They agreed to help me have the car repaired, while providing me with another vehicle that I ended up purchasing at another very low cost. Whether you are facing hard times, or just in the market for a new/used vehicle, Berkenkotter is the only way to go!

Talk about a shady, dishonest, and unprofessional experience. My dad and I stopped by to look at a camper trailer. The staff (Wade) was accommodating however had very little info, no documentation on specs, and very little insight to offer on the unit (found out the bought the unit at auction). After expressing interest and asking for followup paperwork so I could look at financing - 0 communication. No timely calls back from them and the lack of willingness to negotiate was troublesome. Especially, when I was told there was no movement on price and here we are days later and the price was reduced online. I was told 0 movement on price when it had already been reduces and then it was reduced again from $10,500 to $9,900. This is why people hate dealing with dealerships especially ones like this where you walk in, the entire office looks a a bunch of 18y/o’s had a frat party. It was unprofessional at best and candidly if this is representation of how you do business, as a business owner, I am shocked you have the customers to survive. Needless to say I didn’t return nor will I and ended up buying a unit from another seller within a week of visiting this dumpster fire of a dealership. Wade, if this gets to you, you’re not an honest and trustworthy salesman and I would warn anyone from dealing with this you as you simply lied to me after telling me you are an honest and transparent person “and that’s how you like to do business”. Shame on you and this business.
