Lydia was great to work with. She was amazing at walking our daughter through her first car purchase. Not many take the time to educate and she made sure that she understood everything that goes into purchasing a vehicle. I Highly recommend the customer service that she provides at Becker Auto!
Very experienced and knowledgeable sales staff! They did a great job helping us pick out the right camper to fit our family. They did a thorough check of the camper to make sure that everything worked before we took it home and walked us through how everything worked. The service department put a 2nd a/c on the unit and helped us get the awning going and did a great job! We couldn’t be happier with the process and would highly recommend them!
Beckers were fantastic to work with!! Gavin and Lydia we very helpful and knowledgeable on all things related to campers. They were patient and not high pressure!! We purchased a used Silverado truck and a new Keystone passport travel trailer from Becker Rv and they we excellent to work with very helpful and informative during the process. They even added on couple of accessories during the purchase. Would highly recommend them!!!
22 Months later after our purchase and we are still more than pleased with this dealer and would most definitely do business with them again. This is our update 2-20-22 and below is our original review. This has been a crazy last 10 months to buy a new camper with COVID and if it wasn’t for Blake and Tammy and the crew at Becker, our first year of owning and traveling with a brand new sprinter Limited would have been awful! When the little things that can go wrong on any new item in this world happen, nobody except for these guys much cared to help us out. Not only did they actually care to help us out but they were super kind and efficient. Thank you all so much for making our purchase way less stressful. God bless!
