He made sure that the sale and all the details were taken care of smoothly and efficiently. Aaron helped us with the walk through and explained everything simply and thoroughly. He was patient with our questions and made sure we understood everything about the coach. Shu was terrific in helping us make decisions about extended warranties, insurance, etc, and we never felt pressured to buy anything that we didn't want or need. Stefanie at the front desk always had a smile and was eager to help us in any way. What a pleasure it was to be taken care of while we were there! We drove our new motor home back to Louisiana and had many questions on the things we had forgotten. Chris always answered his phone, even on a Sunday. We were searching for a Newmar New Aire 3543, and Ryan/Beaver Coach had one on the lot—unfortunately it went pending the very morning we were driving over. Even though Ryan knew we couldn’t purchase that coach, he let us know and we decided to drive over the pass to see other options. Ryan still stayed late the night before a holiday weekend just to meet with us. He walked us through everything, answered every question with incredible patience, and shared a wealth of knowledge that was truly invaluable. Ryan is friendly and extremely informative. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and he took the time to explain details we hadn’t heard from other dealers. It’s rare to find someone in sales who genuinely wants to help you make the right decision, whether or not you’re ready to buy that day and knowing you may not buy from them. We bought through a dealer in Florida and in retrospect, we wish we would have waited to buy through Beaver and Ryan. We will still use them for service, they seem to have a great team. Highly recommend!
