I recently purchased my first RV, a Cherokee Wolf Pup 17EV, and had an outstanding experience thanks to Seth and his team. From the start, Seth made the process easy and stress-free. He took the time to walk me through the entire RV in detail, explaining all the features as well as the realities of owning this specific model. As a first-time RV buyer, I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was—it helped me fully understand what I was purchasing. Seth also went above and beyond to make sure I had the right vehicle to tow the trailer. After I test-drove a vehicle, he personally came out with a technician to confirm it had the proper capabilities for the Wolf Pup. That extra step gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. On pickup day, the RV was spotless and fully set up. Everything was hooked up, freshwater was added, and they walked me through how to properly use the plumbing and drainage systems. The purchase also included a starter kit, which was incredibly helpful for someone new to RVing. After the purchase, I encountered a couple of issues. One was a trailer bracket that didn’t fit my vehicle, which Seth and his team quickly corrected and even discounted due to the error. I also experienced an unexpected issue that caused damage to the RV’s cabling, and the dealership replaced the entire cable at no cost the very next business day. Throughout it all, they were professional, responsive, and supportive. Seth made what could have been an overwhelming first RV purchase feel smooth and manageable. He’s remained available for questions and has consistently gone out of his way to get answers when needed. I left feeling confident, supported, and ready to hit the road. Highly recommend Seth and this dealership to anyone considering an RV purchase.

This was a Journey that wasn’t at times pleasant, but at the end of it I must say that Bayou Outdoor Super-center did in fact stand behind their commitment to resolve issues that were in error on their part. The sell and staff was extremely excellent. We are very satisfied the the Grand Design 150 class fithwheel camper sold to us at a great price. The salesman was very professional until the ink was dried then quit responding, I am assuming it was because of the hitch install issues they had with my truck. But overall like I said they did stand behind their mistake and made it right. Thanks Bayou Outdoors for the honesty and commitment.

God forbid you need to rely on Bayou Outdoors Service for assistance with a warranty problem. My Grand Design Solitude RV Refrigerator stopped working and GD required a service technician to do some very basic troubleshooting and readings…after calling multiple mobile technicians none wanted to work on a 12 volt refrigerator. Bayou Outdoors is the only Grand Design authorized dealer and service near by. I was told to contact Phillip for assistance. He agreed to help. I corresponded with him and GD and scheduled a time for him to come do the work…he couldn’t get on the base because lack of documentation (proof of insurance) so he said he’d work it out with grand design and we’d go from there…3 months and at least 15 emails and calls, he basically ghosted me. Never came back out. I got fed up bought a part and fixed it myself…which wasn’t easy but not rocket science. Nonetheless, a person and business that can’t be trusted to stand their word after agreeing to do so isn’t worthy of your business or mine in the future! No option for 0 Stars so the got one Star!

My experience with sales with JK Simpson, and service dept w/Tony, Phillip, & Greg was just outstanding. Very nice people here! I will come back again to do business with Bayou even from out of state, because it’s a business with integrity. My 9 month search for my perfect RV was finally fulfilled @ Bayou.
