It ended up being even more than we had hoped for. Randy, Paul, and the whole team made sure we got a great deal, guided us smoothly through the entire process, and patiently answered every single question we had. Before we took possession, I was especially impressed with the thorough inspection they conducted. They caught a seal issue the manufacturer had missed and made sure it was fully resolved before our pickup. On delivery day, Randy walked us through every detail of the trailer, taught us how to operate and hook everything up, and has continued to be an incredibly helpful resource long after we drove off the lot. He even followed up with a call to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions. Paul and his entire team at Baydos are an amazing group of people.
