We purchased a NuCamp Tab 320 Lite today and wanted to share our experience. Our salesman was Braxton. He was excellent! He listened to our needs and concerns and went to a great deal of effort to help us find and purchase a Camper we can be happy with for many years to come. Everyone we encountered was friendly and so helpful. We were very pleased with our entire process but would like to highlight the credit process and the walk thru before signing as superior to any past experiences we have had. First time RV buyer and I was dreading dealing with a dealership. After a lot of emails sent, a lot of calling and talking to sales reps getting the same script with tacked on fees before we even started any real conversation, I got a breathe of fresh air when I got a call back from TJ at Bankston Motor Homes. I initially offered more than what they were asking for the RV, anticipating whatever fees they may incur and he simply said "no, we're just asking for what's on the sticker". WHAT?? Sign me up. Now they do offer various services in preparation for pickup but do not pressure you to buy anything extra. TJ was very personable and helpful. As far as everyone else that I interacted with on pick-up day, I couldn't be happier. Every representative was prompt, professional, and helpful. When it comes time to upgrade, this will be the first place that I call.
Bought a new 2025 Gulfstream Travel Trailer at the Birmingham RV show. Great sales experience. TJ is an awesome salesperson. No high pressure, no gimmicks or tricks. He went above and beyond to answer questions and show us everything we needed to know about the trailer. Bankston gave us a great deal and a fair trade-in. We knew the bottom-line price up front with only one dealer fee. First time out we had a few very minor issues that were covered under warranty with quick and efficient fixes. Would highly recommend this dealer and especially TJ as a salesperson.
Every person we've dealt with at Bankston has been extremely helpful! Our salesperson was not pushy, was knowledgeable of the models we were looking to buy. Our financing person laid out options and offered additional things but did not try to push them on us. The service department has been thorough, professional, and friendly. All in all, the experience with Bankston has been wonderful!
