In hindsight, we consider ourselves extremely lucky and blessed to have lucked onto this RV dealership -- the entire process was pleasant and low-stress! Bankston's Gadsden location has a large inventory with a wide selection of brands and floorplans. We did our homework beforehand to narrow down our desired features and floorplans and once on site, were allowed to take our time and explore at our leisure without feeling rushed or pestered. Ms. Misty was very helpful showing us around without adding any of the usual "pressure tactics" when we were at the dealership and walking through several units. Later, we were able to negotiate a really great deal with Misty by email, no muss and no fuss. She was able to get us "RV Show" pricing before the shows. If you take nothing else from this review, do yourself a favor and ask for Ms. Misty when you arrive. When the time came to take delivery, Mr. Tim walked us through all the systems & features and was very patient and informative with all of our questions -- and this was at a time when the dealership was very busy preparing for *two* different RV shows on the very next weekend! Tim never rushed or skipped anything, as if he had nothing else in the world to do while he was explaining the various systems and answering our questions, some of which were likely borderline eye-rollers. He stuck right with us and explained everything in layman's terms so that we were familiarized and ready to take delivery with a sense of confidence. Mr. Barry in the business office explained options and did not use any high-pressure tactics. He was able to find a better finance rate for us than our local credit union offered. The rest of the paperwork process was quick, tidy and overall trouble-free. All in all, it was the most pleasant, smooth, stress-free dealership experience we have ever had across all the cars, trucks and RV's we've purchased in our life. I would say it was quite the opposite experience -- in the best ways possible -- of what you would normally expect for a dealership experience when making a major purchase. I can *HIGHLY* recommend Bankston with the utmost confidence! You absolutely will not regret choosing them to help you find and purchase an RV!

There was no fee, and they literally rolled out a red carpet for the walkthrough. Tim walked us through every detail, made sure we understood everything, and didn’t rush a thing.
