Amazing Family-Owned Business – Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough great things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. Thanks to Justin, and Amanda. I’ve used them for years and will continue, It’s rare these days to find a business that truly cares about their customers, but this RV and tractor shop goes above and beyond. The employees are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about what they do, from fixing problem, to answering any questions I’ve had. Whether you’re looking for an RV, a tractor, or just need help with service or parts, they’ve got you covered and they are fast. Everything was straightforward and stress-free, and I never felt pressured—just supported. It’s clear this is a family-owned business built on integrity, hard work, and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want to be treated right and work with good people who know their stuff, this is the place to go!

I’ve been calling to try and get an awning replaced for a month every time it’s “I’ll call you tomorrow with a price”. They never call back, until I call to speak with owner. Now they can’t get the parts. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money somewhere what actually wants your business.
Purchasing a Mahindra from these guys is quick and painless. I was in and out within an hour of arrival (most of that time was me talking and inspecting the tractor). Chris and Justin were both very professional and friendly. I would have no reservations recommending them to a friend.
Found out my RV A/C went out. Called the service department and they did say they were busy. I told them that's fine, but then they told me they were going to get back with me. After 1 hour past, i called the service department again and they told me a tech with be calling me shortly. This was a week ago. I went to Jim's RV parts for something unrelated and spoke with a employee about AC work. He told me that he was a RV tech for Camping Kingdom and they offer mobile work. To make a long story short, they gave me a call back, came out that day and diagnosed my AC, ordered another AC for my RV and will be replacing it next week. Back Country RV was the first choice online for working on my Coleman Mach RV. I don't understand why you would tell me "Someone will be calling you back." After I called them a second time and no-one reached out. I don't want apology and maybe you guys have what you need and don't need any other customers. All i ask, if you are busy and cant come out. Say so. But to tell me you will get back to me "Twice" that day is very unprofessional. I will use Camping Kingdom service department just because of their customer service.
