Bought a brand new tracer camper from these guys back in June 25 and they have been nothing but helpful and courteous, and have gone above their customer service to help me out. I have recently had a problem with my furnace in my camper, and the technician guys that they sent out were awesome, prompt, and really helped me through this situation. I love these guys.
We needed to purchase a washer and dryer, but wasn’t sure what to get. I went to a local RV In Vernal.B&D RV Listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the correct one that would fit my needs. And they installed it for us as well. I expected to have to clean up after them, as most places tend to not follow through with the cleanup process, but much to my surprise, I was happy I did not have to. The staff is knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the questions that I had. They have a wealth of knowledge in their field. I would recommend this RV place to anyone ! They’re kind, efficient and local.
We have used B&D several times for repairs on fifth wheels over the years and they have always been great. This time was especially above and beyond. We were hooked up ready to leave on vacation and our kitchen slide quit working. I called John he said bring it in the following morning and they would look at it. They had it repaired by 10:30! We were on the road. Taylor and all the staff were great! Did everything they could to get us going. No other dealer has been so accommodating!! Thank you B&D!!
Every time I go in there the customer service is the best around. Everyone is nice and helpful. They have made a customer for life. I would recommend them over and over. Hands down one of the best places in this area. Simply amazing staff. Jace in parts is the best.
