Everyone at Arrowhead was absolutely incredible! Being my first RV, I was full of lots of questions and unknowns, and everyone was extremely patient with me. Jason (The owner or one of the owners) created an hour and a half long video personalized to my RV showing me the various systems, how they work, explaining maintenance items and providing a general overview. I can’t stress how helpful this is as it’s an information overload especially when someone is new to the RV world. I will be able to refer to this video in the months and years ahead and it is great start to learning important things specific to my RV, as opposed to simply general RV information. They are a family run business that seems to truly have their customers interest at heart, and I am so grateful that I came across them. I highly recommend Arrowhead!
Recently bought my first travel trailer to live out of for a little while, everyone at the dealership was very amazing and helpful. They took time out of their day to make sure that I understood everything about the travel trailer I was going to be buying, and the personalized video was very useful even before bringing the trailer home and it'll be a great resource to look back on if need be. They also did a good job of making sure that the entire process of buying the travel trailer wasn't overwhelming or stressful, I would definitely recommend anyone looking for any kind of camper to make Arrowhead their first choice.
WOW!!!!! We cannot express how great Arrowhead Camper Sales are. They are a family owned/operated company who care for their products, customers, and aim for 100% satisfaction. We love their family atmosphere. They make a personalized video pertaining to your camper so you are comfortable with the operation/instructions for everything. Jason and Austin were so kind to us, as well as the girls in the office, the entire team, I just can't say enough (loving the grandkids that were there that day). The video was AWESOME! It addressed us personally as if we were right there as the video was being made. Jason, you should be on TV. They inspected our motorhome as well as making the personalized video in record time. We will be giving out their company cards to our camper friends (which is a pretty big group).
