Took our Grand Design Momentum in to Blue Compass RV Liberty Lake for warranty frame work. They went out of their way to get the warranty approval processed quickly. Plus did the work in a very timely fashion. Technician did a great job explaining the work they did. Entire staff was so helpful & friendly. Will definitely take our RV there again for work. Special shout out to Tami (Service Manager) for all her help! Highly recommend them.

We have had a year of disappointment…Chad Comstock saved a very expensive law suit. He had compassion, expertise and took the time to find all of the 37 items in our NEW A.C.E. Motorhome…That had to be the hardest thing. Only having our Coach for 3 months and in the shop for 7 months😬. Took Management a long time to “clean house”. Finally!!! Chad was the only reason we “stuck it out” with Blue Compass. Cameron was great at communicating! Give them raises and appreciate their excellent Customer Service!

I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience with Blue Compass RV demands a warning to others. What started as an exciting RV purchase turned into a frustrating and expensive lesson in deceit and indifference. From the outset, the sales team at Blue Compass RV blatantly misrepresented key features and warranties—claims that were later quietly contradicted by their own service techs. I was told the RV came with fully functional solar panels—it didn’t. I was told the $15,000 extended warranty would “cover everything”—it doesn’t. The sales pitch was loaded with feel-good reassurances that quickly evaporated once the contract was signed. The most frustrating part? Not just the lies, but the total lack of empathy or accountability afterward. When issues inevitably surfaced, the service department confirmed that what I had been told was false—but said there was “nothing they could do.” Calls are dodged, emails ignored, and no one takes ownership. If you’re considering spending tens of thousands of dollars on an RV, spend it somewhere that respects your trust and investment. Blue Compass RV does neither. This wasn’t just bad service. It was a deliberate, profit-first culture that leaves you holding the bag. Learn from my mistake—take your business elsewhere. **** Additional info added after response.... 6/10 We purchased a 2021 23BH Grand Design with you guys in 2022. Adding on your google response that you don't see me in your system is either.. A) a weak attempt to make your reviews look better by casting doubt on whether I was a real customer, or B) evidence of how disorganized and careless your customer records and service process really are. My wife and I have been in and out of both your service department and the Post Falls location multiple times. Every time, the service staff has agreed that we were misled by the sales team—and they’ve openly expressed frustration that they’re the ones left to deal with the fallout. It’s been a long, disappointing process. We’re not trying to make noise—we’re just hoping to educate other buyers: you will be told whatever it takes to close the deal, but don’t expect accountability once the ink dries.
