This is our second travel trailer from Apache Village. We are lifetime customers the customer service the attention to our needs, not pushing us to hurry up and buy the entire process. It’s just truly awesome Grady, Danny Bruce, and the entire squad. I just want to give us sincere. Thank you for making the second purchase so easy. As I stated at the beginning, we are lifetime customers and definitely will be coming back.
Friends…we drove FOUR HOURS to by our RV from Apache Village RV! We feel like they treated us like royalty and family! They went so above and beyond with this that I cannot write it without tearing up! We had dealt with a popular chain in the past and, sad to say, we were used to feeling like we didn’t matter! Pat was our salesman - 28 years at that location taking care of customers like they were his FAMILY! He and the manager were both so accommodating and generous! They took care of things that I had no idea needed attention! What a gift!! Bruce (who I think is a manager) was under the sink in the new to us camper trying to change a faucet out for me as we didn’t have the time to find someone to do it for me! I’ve never seen a manager of any kind act in this manner! He said—we send everything out of here in perfect working condition!! Devon was our tech and he went around the camper with us and showed us everything that was on it and how it worked! I was just in awe of his knowledge of the camper! Not only that, we bought pre-owned and when there was no TV in the bedroom as the prior people took it out, they BOUGHT A TV and put it in for us! The finance part was easy as pie and the manager there was easily one of the kindest people I ever met! We were given a goody bag and told to choose t-shirts and hats! They gave us koozies and acted like we were buying brand new when we bought pre-owned! It looked as if all the furniture in this camper had never been used and it doesn’t feel broken in! It feels new. It was clean and smelled clean too! Plastic still on the footrests! There was supposed to be a 5 gallon bottle with the camper (we didn’t know this) to feed the ice maker and fresh water. It wasn’t there, but Pat made sure we had one! When I walked into my new to us camper, all the media was on, and working and THEY GAVE ME A ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON A 5 year old camper! Who does that?? I wish I could recommend them more! I feel like I have a new family of new friends in Hazelwood, MO! When you meet Pat, tell him I said hi. We love this place and will do business there no matter how far we are from them! In my sales job, our live or die is “It’s Win-Win or no deal!” We felt so defeated by how we were treated at the national chain, and PatC Bruce, And Devon made this this best experience EVER!!! Thank you, new friends!!!
I had an Aqua-Hot issue while In Fenton Missouri. I call Apache Village and worked with Cody who prioritized our service since we were full timers and Route 66 extended warranty holders. Just a note they are dog friendly as well. Also a shout out to Stephanie who got me a Beer. In all seriousness I've been coming to Apache Village for years and can not speak highly enough about them. We purchased a brand new Jayco unit and ran into an unexpected AC cooling issue. Apache Village’s service department went above and beyond to help us resolve it. Although it took three visits to fully diagnose and fix the problem, they were incredibly accommodating with my schedule and made sure the job was done right. Their professionalism, persistence, and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Service work often goes unnoticed until something goes wrong, yet it's the backbone of every great experience. The folks at Apache Village clearly showed what dedication looks like! I also want to give a shoutout to the sales team. From the moment we walked in, they were knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. They helped us find the perfect unit and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that both departments care deeply about customer satisfaction. If I could, I would give them 10+ From my purchase experience in March to ongoing service and the wonderful reception staff, every single person has been friendly, attentive, and professional. They have also taken the time to teach me so I have a seamless experience using and towing my new Bontrager Outdoors 17MB. A special shout out to Adam in Sales, Cody and Devin in Service, Bailey and Raquel in Reception, Bruce in Finance and Stephanie (Warranty Manager).
