From start to finish, on the phone and in person, this place was great! We had dealt with quite a few other dealers and people in our fifth wheel hunt and it was not going well. Then we stumbled onto Annie's. No kidding. We are thankful. We drove back to Southern Oregon today and it was smooth. All of the employees should be commended. Thanks Annie's!
Inspect your unit thoroughly she sold me a toy hauler that had a hole in the floor and didn't notice it because she had a little table with brochures placed over it and it had a hole in the black tank that a crapy attempt at a repair was done .The unit had not been moved since she delivered it so no way could she say it was done by us 41,000 dollar mistake
I transport RVs for a living and have been to dozens of dealers in the past and I can honestly say that Annie's left an immediate lasting impression on me. This was a heartfelt team of professionals that made it their business to take care of me upon my arrival. I'm not even a customer, but I was treated with kindness and hospitality. On top of that, thet really know the business and have a good selection. I live in Cheyenne, WY and if I ever decide to buy an RV, I would make the trek up to Washington without a second thought.
