Tom and I were so pleased with our experience at Albuquerque RV! The staff is very friendly and informative which gives us confidence in knowing that we were purchasing a great product. A BIG high five to Tyler who is simply the best salesman ever! He taught us so much about our Flagstaff Microlite 21 FBRS while he guided us through the buying process. He is a Rockstar. Thank you also to Sharon in Finance for helping sign all those papers! She is very knowledgeable and kind. I can honestly say that both of us had a huge smile on our faces on the 3 hour drive home. Great job Albuquerque RV!
I had a great experience with my RV purchase, from the salesman Joseph Lucero, finance lady Sharon Thomas and all the staff I worked with to get my rig road worthy, they all seemed like one big happy family and included me when I was working there on my purchase, made me feel at home and oh yes, they all have a great sense of humor. I’m very pleased 👍
I have been watching Tyler Talks Travel Trailer on his YouTube channel. For a few months now. He truly is the most in-depth trailer reviewer on YouTube. He puts in a lot of work and effort and it shows. He shows every little detail and goes into pros and cons as well as specifications and built quality and mentions differences between manufacturers. Every Sunday he does a Live on his YouTube channel that he takes specific request from his viewers and answers questions. He has to be the hardest working sales person I have ever seen. I sent him an email with my questions and concerns and he promptly responded within 24hrs and gave me a wealth of information. I wish I had a salesperson like him at a local dealer near my home. I would definitely buy from them. Tyler comes across as a very nice, honest and full of knowledge person. Makes you feel like he truly is looking out for you and wants you to get a great and fair price and will take care of you during entire buying process. If you’re going to buy a Travel Trailer from Albuquerque Rv Ask for Tyler.
We had a wonderful experience buying our used RV from Albuquerque RV 🚐✨. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through all of the options with no high-pressure sales tactics at all 👍. He was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Everyone there was friendly and kind 😊, and you can really tell this is a small, family-run “mom and pop” business ❤️ located between two much larger dealerships. Even so, they beat the big companies on price 💰 — we saved $6,000 off the book value, which was amazing! Before we picked up the RV, they carefully went through the unit and made several repairs 🔧 to be sure everything was in good working order. They checked all the systems and made sure everything worked properly, which gave us real peace of mind 🙏. If you’re looking for honest people, fair pricing, and excellent customer service, we highly recommend Albuquerque RV ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We’re so grateful for such a smooth and positive buying experience! 😊
My Family purchased a camper from ABQ RV in Feb of 2025. This was a camper we had been looking at for sometime and were ecstatic with finally being able to make our purchase. The staff at ABQ RV were very polite and made the process of purchasing pretty seamless. We did have an issue with our spare tire and after a couple months of back and forth, ABQ RV was able to remediate it. Overall we were happy with the dealership and our purchasing experience - our sales associate was knowledgeable and quick to respond to inquiries. We purchased a 2025 forest river NO BO 20.3. Although the dealership was great with our purchase and was able to remediate our issue, I do not recommend this camper. We have had issue after issue with it but it’s no fault of the dealership. I am raising the issues here for awareness to others in the market for the same trailer. The below issues are what we have experience and have spent less than 2 weeks overall in the camper in the last 5 months. It’s actually spent more time at another dealership for repairs than we have even had it at home. 1. Our Inverter only works with a hard reset. We turn it off when we are on generator or shore power but in instances when we need to run off battery, the only way to turn the inverter back on is to reset it. The inverter was replaced prior to our purchase and when we took it in because the inverter wasn’t working we were told there was some lose wires; however, after repair we continue to have issues with the inverter. 2. Water heater only works if we reset the battery on the camper. Once we turn the water heater off we cannot get hot water again unless we reset the batteries. The dealership found a faulty control panel/board for the water heater. 3. Front Window is pulling away from frame and the window is now leaking. Other windows have not gotten to this extreme; however, they are showing the same signs of this potentially happening. 4. USB and USBc adapters don’t work except on the charging tower. None of the wall adapters work and the other dealership has not been able to correct to date. 5. Awning doesn’t go back into place if it’s been fully extended. You have to manually line the arms up to keep it on the track and close the awning all the way. 6. We have no water pressure in bathroom toilet or sink. 7. The faucet in bathroom is falling apart. 8. The unit was sent with a highway spare tire from the factory that isn’t even the same size as the other tires and should have had the same mud tires as on the rest of the trailer. (ABQ RV did get this taken care of for us; however, the tire is still not the same as the ones on the unit but it is the correct size and a comparable tire.) 9. We had a leak on the cup washer that ended up flooding our kitchen cabinets on our 1st use. This was fixed via warranty claim already. We are working with forest river on the issues we are having and they are having someone do a PDI and want a claim submitted to fix and issues we are currently having and uncover any issues we haven’t found yet. We are hopeful this is successful and we are able to enjoy our camper.

Buying an RV is a big decision. Use this guide to shop Albuquerque RV's inventory with confidence.
Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Albuquerque RV listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Albuquerque RV which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Albuquerque RV for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
RV loans are specialized. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal when financing through Albuquerque RV in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Typical Loan Terms
10 to 20 years is typical for larger RVs. Shorter-term loans save on total interest.
Down Payment
10% to 20% is typical. A larger down payment reduces monthly costs and total interest paid.
