You haven’t even given us an apology for all the damage you’ve done. We Are Airstream Chandler – Dangerous Liars Who Cost Us Thousands in Repairs That Were 100% Covered Under Warranty June 2025 we dropped off our 2023 Airstream Interstate 24X (MSRP over $230,000) for warranty work: • Violent engine rattle (Mercedes diagnosed Airstream aftermarket part) • Cabinet delamination • Dead blinker cameras • Heating pad hanging loose underneath the van They kept our $200,000+ coach HOSTAGE until the end of August—two full months—and did zero real work. Their “repairs”: • Claimed everything was fixed. It was not. • “Fixed” the rattle by removing the tensioner belt entirely and leaving it dangling inside the engine bay so it wouldn’t make noise. (Photos attached.) • Lied and said they installed a new belt. They never did. • “Secured” the hanging heating pad with an entire roll of duct tape. Already peeling off in their parking lot. • Ignored delamination and blinker cameras completely. 45 minutes down the road the engine overheated. We pulled over, opened the hood, and found the missing belt. Called them immediately. Their solution? Send two mechanics with no commercial driving credentials to retrieve the van—with zero proof of insurance. We refused to release it until they showed coverage. They never did. Because they refused to fix it, we had to pay out-of-pocket for towing and repairs—repairs that Airstream Warranty later confirmed were 100% covered the entire time. Chandler never submitted the claim. They lied for 60 straight days and forced us to foot the bill. Manager Peter is all over We Are Airstream’s TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook videos playing influencer. Maybe spend less time in front of the camera and more time actually managing the service department. Two months stolen. Thousands wasted on rentals, towing, and repairs that should have cost us $0. Vehicle returned actively dangerous. Airstream corporate: revoke this dealer’s authorization immediately. Customers deserve better than social-media clowns, duct-tape disasters, and forcing people to pay for warranty work you refuse to do. And to the canned rebuttal you paste on every negative review—“We are sorry you feel this way…”—this is not a feeling. These are documented facts. While visiting AZ from the east coast, I needed to get a couple of repairs done (items not done ccorrectly in my home state) on my Airstream Camper van. "We are Airstream" in Chandler was excellent! They quickly diagnosed the issue and corrected it, all while meeting my schedule to get me back on the road. This was a much better experience than the dealerships I was previously working with in my home state of NC. I will now be bringing my van to this dealership for any repairs in the future, even though they are 2000 miles away. It was well worth the journey to get reliable service at a fair price. After 2 years of dealing with inferior service (returning multiple times to get things fixed and still not done correctly) from Airstream dealerships in North Carolina, I am happy to have found a good place to get my coach serviced. A big shout out goes to Amy for her efforts in keeping me informed, and meeting my return trip schedule. It was a very pleasant experience and this interaction has renewed my faith in humankind, knowing there are still people who do quality work. I highly recommend this dealership for service and repairs.

After dreaming of owning an Airstream for years, we finally pulled the trigger! We were initially hesitant because of some poor reviews, but we decided to have a candid conversation with the team. We met with the owner, the general manager, and our salesperson, Brit. They were incredibly professional, acknowledged past issues, and showed us they are actively working to address them. They were willing to work with us on several specific requests, which made us feel valued as customers. ​Buying a new Airstream is a huge investment, and the sales experience here was top-notch. Their facility is state-of-the-art—a truly low-pressure, nice place to shop or even just spend an afternoon dreaming. ​Brit deserves a special shout-out; she is awesome and honestly a primary reason we decided to buy from We Are Airstream. She is sincere about creating a community with her clients and they are lucky to have her. While I’m taking a "wait and see" approach with the service department (as that seemed to be the root of past issues), I’m hopeful they will do better. I believe in second chances, and this team earned our trust. Highly recommend seeing Brit—she’s the best! (Tell her Drew referred you!)

Despite Brit’s response, they’ve done nothing. They know who I am and they have my phone number. This is completely meaningless. I was just reading some of the reviews and how all the recent sales reviews are 5 star. Even one of the salespeople (Brit) left a review. Clearly this is a way to bury the actual experience of real customers who have suffered at the hands of these inept people. And an attempt to give themselves a higher rating. They need to institute drug testing of their technicians. The sales manager should spend more time dealing with complaints than being on social media. They don’t care what they do to you because the only other airstream warranty service is in Tucson, which they happily tell you to use instead if you are unhappy with them holding onto your vehicle for months at a time without doing any work on it. They lie too-they said my alternator wasn’t under warranty but wouldn’t you know? The warranty people in Ohio literally mailed one out to me because it WAS! This is the absolute WORST company to deal with. DO NOT buy anything from them or you will be forced to wait months while they don’t do a single thing when it needs service and lie that you are next in line. My wife is dying of a brain tumor, and these people held our Airstream hostage for months that we could have been traveling while she still can go. And what did they do to it? Let the batteries drain out (damaging for the batteries) and use duct tape as a fix. Seriously. Duct tape! This is the same thing I’ve had to deal with for 3 years now. My RV was in the shop with them more than out. And it was this shop just sitting with their thumbs up their butts doing NOTHING! Whatever you do, AVOID THIS COMPANY. They suck.

These guys are wonderful and truly live up to the Airstream reputation for greatness!! Ulysses worked extra hard to get my repair done and paid for by my extended warranty when I know others would have given up. The dealership and service center is immaculate with advisors who are incredibly professional and responsive. I also saw how they treated other clients who needed help on a weekend and was blown away. You arent going to get that level of service anywhere else. They saved me a lot of time (and money) and got my RV back faster than expected. Thank you to everyone at "We Are Airstream!!"
