Good local dealer here in Southern Oregon, especially if looking for Northwood products. The biggest selling point is the customer service by Brad, the service/parts manager ( my compliments to Rob and Kareina too). He took care of all my many questions even when very busy. My only complaint, which is not with the dealer, as I believe these are a new product to them are the Expion360 lithium batteries I had installed. The app is not very good, often needing to clear all data to work properly (the batteries themselves are working OK).

Just wow!!! The most polite, professional on the ball rv repairs we’ve EVER been to. They fitted us in did our fixes and got us going in the blink of an eye. None of the “did you buy it here, we’ll have to wait for parts, we’re booking out 2 months ahead” garbage that we hear from other rv dealers. These people know what they’re doing, are organized and quick!! And they won’t rip you off…..
Went in at their Brookings show....Randy took us to what we told him we wanted....he set everything up perfectly; great price, wonderful financing, the unit tows like a dream, we've already had it out twice, and setting up another weekend this month.
