The lot is not user friendly... The entrance is not well marked and the driveway is an extremely steep grade down going in and It's practically impossible to maneuver the lot once committed to entering it while pulling or driving an RV, especially if there are other vehicles parked. It is a sales lot and they have many RVs on display in that area. BEWARE. The service people sent us to the front people to make a needed appointment for any type of service (automatic step motor replacement), and the front people told us that they needed a part #... Waiting for us to crawl under the RV to retrieve it, not seeming very interested in assisting with anything... POOR Customer Service We decided to wait on the needed step repair.

Nice Sales person Tim, knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the deal very patient dealer. Sales manager never called me back I left a message, strike one! The young kid who takes you through your orientation on your new RV was very nice but needs some training, not a good instructor. Strike Two. People very nice hoping the service department is better. Financial person was good had to pull information out of him but got it done. All in all not bad, but really need better orientation person . Nice looking RV , very functional, very nice product.

Horrible place to do business with. Drove 4 hrs from Kentucky to the Sevierville Tn location to buy a Tiffan coach they had. In the middle of inspecting it they came out and told us somebody just put a deposit on it over the phone. We came to buy with money in hand. I have an auto dealership myself so I know how it works I would never take a deposit on the phone when I had customers there looking at it with intent to buy that drove 4 hrs. So all you people looking from far away don’t waste your drive they will sell it out from under you when you get there. My salesman was Elliot. He came in the bus and said bad news we just took a deposit over the phone. I said are you really going to sell it out from under me after I drove all this way to look at it. He said yep…Sorry. These people have no morals and no integrity…………. Matt replied down below and said that’s not how it played out I can’t figure out how to respond to him but that’s exactly how it played out and I had been dealing with Elliot for more than 10 days and was there in person and it was available when I got there and 20 minutes in to looking at it their other customer magically calls in and they forget I’m there and let him leave a deposit. What happened was they pressure sold that customer by calling him and telling him there was somebody there serious about buying and he’s is going to miss out if he doesn’t leave a deposit. These people are dishonest and not trustworthy.

Great experience from start to finish here. A huge shout out to John Eric Newman who was awesome and went above and beyond. He earned the biz and made the process easy. No high pressure and no funny business. Thanks

I can’t say enough positive things about this dealer!! We bought a brand new camper on 7/12/22. That same night we were at the campground where the catastrophic flood happened and we lost our camper and vehicle. They have been amazing with working with us, checking on us and everything else. They will now be the only place we ever purchase from and will recommend to all friends! If you are in the market for a camper go with A&L. Bosco our sales guy has been literally amazing!
