We had a 26’ Grand Design RV camper and decided to upgrade a bit. After finding what we wanted on the A&L RV Sales website we made an appointment to see it first hand. From walking in the door, to signing on the dotted line, we were treated respectfully, with all questions answered, and every detail addressed. Our salesman, Brandon, was particularly helpful. I was surprised that he inspected our camper choice before our appointment making sure the slides were open and the air was on. We were even given great suggestions of where to camp! I found an RV on their website in early December and worked with them to get an equitable amount of money for my trade on the 2024 Compass I would be purchasing. All the numbers were on their deal sheet... I still needed to address logistics of a pre-sale inspection and of getting my trade to them and the Compass to me, since I am in Florida and they are in Jackson Tennessee. I called in early January with the intent to put a deposit (we agreed I could drop the trade in their Georgia store); but, unfortunately, that day someone else stepped in to buy the coach. Fast forward a week and I get a call saying the new buyer backed out and I could move forward. As I began the process again to work through logistics, I was told that the price of the coach was now $5000 higher than what was on our original deal and they wanted to give me $1000 less for my trade. I was told it was the General Manager of the dealership that insisted the price was too low and the deal they now wouldn't honor was off the table. The good news is I didn't travel all the way to Tennessee only to have something like this thrown in my face after working in good faith. Don't let the folksy speech by Larry Stover on the website fool you into thinking this dealer is more ethical and trustworthy than many of the other RV dealers in the Southeast. My sales guy was fine, unless they lied, it was the General Manager that invalidated the deal. If you are looking for a 2024 Compass, be aware that the one in their website today 1/21/2026 is $5000 HIGHER than it was two days ago. Shame on you GM.

Would 10/10 recommend A&L RV sales. Had the best experience! Renee Greer was the best sales person! Very knowledgeable and very personable! Jon Mayberry was also the best finance manager! Wes Crawford was also very thorough and knowledgeable in our walk through of the entire camper! So impressed with our entire experience! We left with all questions answered and confident in our purchase!
