I should have read the reviews before I took my coach there for storage. The website is all bling and fake. They charged me ridiculous amounts of money for labor fees to do work that didn't need to be done. I knew more than what their tech knew. They damaged tile in my motorhome, someone seem to be living in my motorhome at one point with a crush beer can grease on the floor. The fridge was used, not impressed. And their hourly rate was ridiculous. Out of this world I would not recommend to store anything there ever again. And with no response from the owner of the business, I dealt with the service manager who was reputable and helpful but no response from the owner in regards to any sort of reimbursement for fees etc. I can't emphasis enough not to store anything there. Like I said before, it's all bling behind closed doors it's completely different. Not a good thing.
We had a problem with one of the slides on our motorhome. We were on site when they opened and they took the coach in immediately. The slide ended up needing to be completely rebuilt. They were able to get it in and secure it so we could continue our trip and will see about repairing it with them down the road. The staff were very helpful and understanding of our needs. They certainly deserve a 5 star rating.
Driving an rv from Canada to Mexico…realized 3 hours north of Vegas that our oasis hot water wasn’t working. Called service Center and explained we had 2 cats and a dog on board and that we had no hot water. They told us to come on in. Service manager and technician met us when we arrived…set up a room so we could offload our animals and took our rig in immediately. They diagnosed the issue and let us overnight in their lot while they got the parts in. These guys are awesome…seriously…we have been rv owners for 20 years and have never had better service anywhere…ever.
Had a problem crop up on our 45' motorhome and 24/7 was able to get us in within a few hours and fixed our Oasis hydronic system in just a couple of hours for a reasonable price. Everyone we met, including the technician, was personable and friendly.
Fairly complicated work and they Aced it! Would recommend 24/7 for all your Tiffan needs and wants. Ask for Chris
