Had a very terrible experience I came here to buy a brand new 2 seater sxs turbo UTV, but the people were real terrible and obnoxious. They would not let me even turn it on or hold the key. They pretty much acted like I wanted to steal it and since they wouldn’t let me test drive it. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Let me tell you about my experience at family Powersports. There are beyond professional not only did they match wood price but they gave me $500 off, they put me in a four seater 2026 Can-Am Maveric Sxs 4 seater. No finance cash 22799.99, now that I’ve broken in. I got officially 10 hours. I just decided to do all the upgrades. Once again, the people at Wood cycle were very mean and will not let me start or drive th unit I was looking to buy. The sales guy was like you can’t rip it up. You can’t turn it on you can’t test drive it. You see what you see what you get no refund I said see you later alligator. Also, wood cycle has more assembly shipping freight and tax fees that any other dealership I checked and I checked six dealers from San Antonio to Austin to Boerne
I will give these guys all my business from here on out. I traveled from rual West Texas to by a side x side for my ranching/farming business. I told them I was there to buy a tool and not a weekend toy. They treated me as such and I appreciated that. (Big difference in buying a tool and a weekend toy.) My salesman Tyler was pleasant and courteous. I had heard about them word of mouth and glad I did. Thanks for everything guys. Please make sure Tyler gets some kind of recognition as he pulled me in from 5 hours away and made the sale.
This place is truly spectacular. The inventory is impressive, and the employees are incredibly friendly and relaxed—never pushy. The service department is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Rob was the salesman who helped me, and he was outstanding. Zack in the service department also deserves a shoutout—he’s extremely kind and goes above and beyond to work around your schedule. I’m really glad to have brought my business here. They have an amazing selection of Motorcycles. The Showroom is beautiful. The Customer Service was excellent. I had a wonderful experience.
My husband and I got a flat tire on the frontage road off I‑35 while traveling from out of town. The team at the Yamaha dealership came out to help us right as they were closing, and their kindness truly made a stressful situation so much easier.
