I was here dropping off some donations for an event collecting winter weather clothing , blankets and non paraceble foods. This was one of the drop off locations for the local food shelve. It seemed like a nice store and the employee I dealt with was friendly as well.
Absolutely could not be happier going with them as my motorcycle dealer. Tony sold me my first bike and made me feel comfortable during the whole process and even after continued to make sure I was hooked up with all the promotions and service. The staff here are great. Nothing against the people. The Lloyd's tune on my 2022 FTR S did an amazing job of smoothing out whole bike. Highly recommend! The reason for 4 stars and not 5, when I sign a service agreement, am told the price afterward, there shouldn't be another $35 on a $700+ bill. If a CC charge is really necessary for service, raise your prices by 3% and offer a 3% discount for cash... OR put the charge onto the service proposal and go over each line of the proposal with the customer vs kicking them in the teeth unexpectedly. OR, figure it's the cost of doing business. I've never been charged a CC fee at Moon motorsports. The price is the price. Other than that "policy," I highly recommend.
