Great experience on Saturday, I came in to have a look at a motorcycle I was interested in and met with Phil to show it to me, answer questions and discuss a deal. Phil and the rest of the Tri-City team made the experience very friendly and worked with me to get a deal done. The team was also very knowledgeable about the history of the bike and answered all my questions!
Well where do I even start. I personally won't ever return after receiving a wrecked bike and they lie and do paperwork incorrectly. Thankfully the dmv fixed there 2 mess ups and able to get the title. But now still stuck with a wrecked bike that they deemed safe to drive home. Can't cruise 75 on the bike and also has a good oil leak. Looks like others have had good experiences but ill personally never trust another bike at this location again. Buyer beware
These guys, Dylan and Jason specifically, have taken care of me and my family for parts and our Blue bikes for many years. Excellent team with excellent support, selection, and knowledge. I kicked a lot of tires before I bought much from them but never once felt unwelcome. That tells me it’s a passion for the sports as much as a job to them. Keep it up!
