One of, if not the overall, best dealership experiences I’ve had. Jamie had me a price that was hands down better than every other dealership I’ve spoken to (from Jacksonville to Palm Beach, Tampa to Melbourne…) within a literal minute of being on the phone. Showed up to the dealership and the bike was ready and waiting, and they even helped me load it into the truck. In and out in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend and happily make the drive down from Orlando the next time I’m in the market for a new bike.

It will be impossible for me to share how well I was treated and how warm and friendly these gentlemen are in a google review, but i will try. I called Treasure Coast Honda Kawasaki and spoke with Don after attempting to business elsewhere, and finding overpriced and apathetic stores in other parts of town. Don was with another customer so he too my number and called me back a few minutes later. Lets just start with Don saying "of course we can do your job." Usually i would have to leave my bike at a shop for a day or two, but as luck would have it, he was able to get me in and out in about an hour. Just that type of service alone would have been superior, but I spoke with Don who shared his knowledge and experience in the industry with me, and some of his life experience as well. I was made to feel like i was an old friend stopping in to a place i had been coming to for 20 years. He showed me their expansion project, They are expanding if you didn't know...making more space for the service department, Increasing storage, and having just finished making a better working environment for the experienced mechanics that they value as much as their customers (close to one hundred years combined experience if I remember correctly, Correct me if I'm wrong Don). I was introduced to the "janitor" Mike, who turned out to be the Owner, who also took time to speak with me and share his vision of the business he continues to build (with his own hands by the way). These are people who are passionate about what they do, and recognize that their customers are as well. They are well trained and deserve your business should you find yourself, like i did, facing a job you can not do. They ask a fair rate, do the job well and professionally, and genuinely care about your welfare and safety wile doing it. Educate yourself about the job you need done, do your research, and then call Don. I'm sure he will take care of you as well as he did me.

I had an incredible experience here thanks to Don and Sean. Very nice and patient guy and very understanding. I brought my bike in because I was hearing a strange noise and was worried it might be a bigger issue. After a quick inspection, they discovered it was just a few loose bolts. Not only did they fix the issue right away, but they charged me absolutely nothing. They also filled up my tires since they were low as well. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need bike repairs, this is the place to go!

Thank you Don and Ace for the save on the battery! I got there at 3:30pm and they close at 4pm on Saturdays. They’re free battery replacement within a year is True! Ace said to me if you can get your battery out in 20 minutes you’ll get your new battery. Challenge accepted. I had it out within 10 minutes.
