Came in because my brother wanted to pickup a lil klr and Brett saw me looking at an xsr then showed me the hornet 750 and now im 200 miles into the break in period but couldn't be happier, Brett was great even though it took a while for the paperwork to get processed (my fault entirely) he managed to keep the mood light. They sold me a bike with a bad battery. When i got home i put it on a tender, it stayed on red, not taking 100% charge, i changed cable on the bike and also tried another tender but still stayed steady red! I contacted Patrick, explained the circumstances and told him i had ordered another battery as i didnt trust this one. He wasnt sure what he could do as im 170 miles away. But asked me to send him my invoice , which i did. I said just give a amazon gift card to cover my expenses. I emailed 3 times and got no further response!!! I explained you sold me a expensive motorcycle and from day 1 the battery was bad, the least you can do is reimburse what i had paid out.... Heard nothing!!! All i can say is AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FORGET ABOUT YOU!!! UPDATE: after posting this review the dealership reached out to me and did infact send me a check that covered the cost of the battery i had to purchase to the cent, nothing for aggravation or inconvenience ! Just unfortunate i had to do this to get a response, changing my recommendation from AVOID to BEAWARE
Out of state prospective buyers, buy with confidence! Recently purchased a bike from out of state and only had a few pictures to go off of. Of course I was very nervous about purchasing from a dealer with whom I’d no previous interaction, and for a bike that I’d never physically seen. I kept expecting the worst around every corner, but (surprisingly for me) the deal went through pretty smoothly and I had the bike shipped to my location. It was exactly as it was described and shown in videos by the salesman (David and manager Jason, awesome guys to work with). If you’re not local to them but see something you like at their shop, I think based on my experience I’d recommend taking the dive and trusting them to work with you to get what you want. I’m thrilled with the bike, and grateful to the team for helping me get it.
