Me and my family recently bought a boat from Carlos and ski dock Conroe. We initially were looking at the RI265 to which we were amazed by but out of our price range. Carlos never once treated us any differently when he found out our budget and instead took 2 months to set up a deal on a BEAUTIFUL RI237. The boat was in Austin so we went to go see it there, to which a unfortunate mix-up occurred that ultimately made the trip pointless and left us pretty unhappy with the employees in Austin. Upon contact with Carlos we told him we would rather the boat be brought down here to Conroe and the deal solely done through him. Carlos made sure we were taken care of in EVERY WAY!!! Can’t speak highly enough for a man that took a family who had never bought a single boat before and walking us through everything and truly making sure the entire experience with him was pleasant. Kept us updated throughout the experience and still goes out of his way to help us and answer any questions even after purchase.
