Santa Fe BMW

Terrible experience at Santa Fe BMW. We own two BMWs and took our 2024 230i in for service and they scratched the front bumper and then tried to tell us that we did the damages to the vehicle. We were told by the manager that he could provide us camera footage of us pulling into the bay and we agreed to that, but after weeks, the GM simple told us that the cameras on the dealership lot did not work. There is zero accountability at this location. If you value the condition of your vehicle don’t take it here make the trip to Sandia BMW in Albuquerque, the service there is great as well as the staff and they take care of your car. This location is shady

If you are in the market for a new or used BMW, I recommend you take the 45 minute drive from Santa fe to Sandia BMW in Albuquerque! I have purchased 3 new vehicles there. A 2023 X3 and X5 and more recently a 2026 X5M. The customer service and salespersons at Sandia BMW are far superior than the people at the Santa fe dealership. I recently found a used X5 for my daughter at the Santa fe dealership and the purchasing experience there was not good. The salesperson Susan was rude and got visibly upset when I worked to get a better price. She claims that in 25 years she has never had anyone ask for a lower price! I couldn't help but laugh at that comment. Nonetheless my daughter liked the used X5, so I bought it for her. At the time of delivery, they handed her the keys and that was it. No one there to go over any of the cars features, just gave her the keys! A few days later I looked for the vehicle inspection sheet they claimed would be done but there was none. We also found the spare keys were not working and the keys to the roof rack were nowhere to be found. I reluctantly called Susan and asked for the roof rack keys, later she called me back and stated she would contact the original owner for the keys. That was 2 weeks ago, and I have not heard back. I decided to call the GM at Albuquerque Sandia BMW and asked how much he would charge me for a vehicle inspection. Keep in mind I was willing to pay for this service. Barry the GM at Sandia said there would be no charge! As a business owner myself I very much appreciated this greatly. In addition, they ordered the keys for the roof rack at NO CHARGE! The whole crew at Sandia in Albuquerque are awesome. Tony has helped me with all my purchases there and Barry the GM is always available and willing to help you out. Sorry Santa fe BMW you lost any future business from me and my family! Customer care should always be paramount!

It’s pretty rare when I write reviews but I felt compelled to do so here for these guys. I recently purchased a car through them. I am an out of state buyer and had never stepped foot into the dealership. I called in and Abraham answered. He explained everything I needed to know about the car in a timely manner. He helped structure the deal and worked with me quickly. We were able to come to an agreement and I had a car headed my way. The car showed up and after driving for a bit I had noticed the check engine light came on. I immediately reached out to the dealer and Patrick, the GM of the store stepped in and instructed me to book the car into service with my local dealer and he will take care of it. No fighting or arguments back and forth. No one’s perfect I understand if they missed something. So I took it in, turned out to be a simple EVAP code and the work was done under warranty. The dealer had noted a couple other issues. One not of big concern to me, however the other was an engine mount that had blown out. I reached out to Patrick and again with no hesitation instructed to get it fixed and he would take care of it. He wasn’t obligated to do anything at that point but he did anyways. He spent the time to make sure I was happy with the car and it was up to my standards. So if you need a car and this dealer has something for you, or you want a new BMW I highly recommend these guys. They will go above and beyond if you are not satisfied and won’t even blink. Thanks guys. I love the car and I was extremely happy with the service.

My husband and I had a great experience at BMW Santa Fe. Domacio was our salesman and we sure appreciated all his help during this process. When the car I originally wanted was manual, I informed him I would have to wait for another vehicle. He reached out to me when a similar model came in that was automatic. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We never felt any pressure. Everyone there from the manager Andrew, to Abraham who helped us sign and Tommy the service manager was amazing. They even replaced everything that was needed in order for it to be perfect. I will definitely shop at BMW in the future. Thank you all for making our experience smooth. We are a satisfied customer. Domacio even delivered the car to our home after all the work was completed and filled the tank of gas.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Abraham at Santa Fe BMW, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a true professional who actually listens to his customers, Abraham is your guy. I came to him with a very complex, four-vehicle transaction involving specific used units and multiple trades. From the very first conversation, Abraham treated me with the utmost respect and intellectual honesty. He is an incredibly hard worker who went above and beyond to try and facilitate the logistics of a difficult deal. It is rare to find a 'salesman' who acts more like a partner and a consultant. Abraham has earned my respect and my recommendation. If the management team at Santa Fe BMW followed his lead on customer service and dedication, they would be untouchable. 10 stars for Abraham—thank you for your hard work and your professionalism.
