The entire team at Route 1 was fabulous. Aaron in particular was especially great. Allow me to explain, I am an hour south of Route 1 Motorsports and just about five minutes north of Broward Motorsports Treasure Coast. I approached Broward in good faith and inquired on an MT09 SP. Broward proceeded to quote me the bike with inflated fees across the board. Freight, set up, prep document fee etc. It was totally insulting. I then contacted their sister store to perhaps strike a deal. No luck the sales manager explained rudely that they could sell me the bike but not register it! Again mislead. Absurd. On a whim I contacted Aaron at Route one. A day or two later the bike was delivered to my door registered with hard plate safe and sound by Patrick. The right bike at the right price with the right customer service. My hats off to Route One Motorsport. I truly hope Yamaha corp rewards them for fine service and reprimands/coaches Broward for their Neanderthal tactics.
Hands down, the only place you want to go for your next power sport purchase!! I got in and didn’t get rushed by a sales person, just welcomed in and allowed to look around. When I needed help moving my purchase of a TW200 (R1 also was the only place in town that had any!), Bob was close by and ready to help! She has tons of bike knowledge and it makes you feel even better about your decision when someone else is excited about your choice with you! She was quick to get the right people to get the purchase done quickly and the whole staff worked together to get me packed up and in the road same day, even before a holiday week when not everyone was in. We had a great experience working with Keegan at Route 1. My father in law purchased our can am as a surprise gift. Keegan delivered our side by side and took a lot of extra time and effort to help share tons of information to educate us on all the details from how it works, maintenance schedule, to making sure our paperwork was completed. Keegan went above and beyond helping surprise us when he pulled up to our driveway with the buggy. He has continued to be an excellent resource 6 weeks after the purchase. My overall experience at Route 1 was great. Keegan sold me my new Polaris Ranger 500. From when I originally called and inquired, to when I left with it, he along with everyone else there was very friendly and helpful. Heck, Keegan even stayed late and helped me load it etc and made sure all bases were covered and that I was satisfied. I anticipated some attempts at upselling and numbers changing upon signing etc like we all tend to expect from a large dealership. None of that transpired.
