I had these guys set me up with a new wheel package for my 24 Road Glide. I actually met Don at Laconia bike week a couple of years ago when they did new wheels on my 15 Street Glide. This time I ordered directly from their site, the process was ridiculously easy. They shipped out immediately. The tires came mounted and balanced with Harley tire pressure sensors installed, and all the brake parts and fender risers were included. Customer service was stellar as well, as they were easily accessible via email. Highly recommend getting your wheel packages from these guys. Thanks again Don!

Rotation Industries stepped up to help a major wheel manufacturer get my wheel package installed after my planned install at Biketoberfest was knocked off course. Being a first time RI customer I was pleasantly surprised that they came in after normal business hours on the weekend to help me out so I didn't have to take a day off work! All can say is everything at RI is top notch. The facility was super clean and well organized (end to end inside and outside) which stood out from your typical bike shop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable while servicing my bike like it was their own. I keep my bike super clean, that's how I gave it to them and that's how i got it back (absolutely no smudges, hands prints, etc.). They even helped me unload and reload the bike on my trailer. Don the owner is a great guy and very visible throughout the process, his communication with me the entire time was outstanding and I will certainly be back as future needs arise.
I found Rotation Industries online while searching for a set of wheels for my Harley Davidson Street Glide. I emailed their sales department to check and see if they had the wheels I wanted in stock. Sadly they did not, but Don was kind enough to show me some other options that he had available. He ended up getting me a good deal on a different set of wheels that I liked better!
