I live and work in Plano tx. At a motorcycle dealership and had started looking for a Suzuki 1050 Vstrom used, none anywhere around DFW so i expanded my search and Ross was the first to pop up an ad for a used 2022 1050 so i contacted a guy called Scuba Steve and he promised me this bike was in great condition so i go to my credit union and get a loan and take off to Lufkin to Ross Motorsports i showed up Tuesday AM looked over the bike and it had some very expensive add on fog lights they dident mention $1300.00 retail and a set of saddle bags and what looked like and were in fact a set of Pirrelle Scorpions. Now i looked this bike up on Kelly's blue book and with the miles it said $10.050.00 to$11.000.00 they sold it to me out the door for $7999.00 +tax I think I've had it a little more than a month and its awesome. My only concern is I haven't seen my registration numbers that go on the plate so you guys check the address they were sent to and let me know! Thanks Ross motorsports.
Pathetic excuse for a mechanic shop. After almost four months of repairs and roughly 14k of insurance payments later, these guys cant even get the bolts tight and even be partially professional with their workmanship. Its pretty disturbing that we have a dealer with such a great product but one that cannot perform quality service on said product. Only thing that I experienced that they do well here is providing excuses as to why they cant complete the job on time or as to why their service isn't even up to par. Ill never do business here again, and will advise everyone that I know personally of my experience.

Purchased a Honda XR150 new in 2023. Nothing but electrical issues since day one. Called customer service multiple times and was told they would get back to me. Never did, now I’m stuck with an expensive yard ornament. Such a shame
Originally I was gonna get on here and give a bad review. I took my Harley out yesterday and had no front brakes. Turns out a now formal employee used the wrong fluid. I called and expressed my disappointment and they agreed to fix it immediately. I spoke with Ronaldo.... excellent employee.
